Ole Dallas Brewery is in, well Dallas. Located on the site of an old scrap yard. Ole Dallas is becoming a regular stop for some of the finest musicians in the area. Even though the brewery is enormous it’s easy to drive right by it. So look for the tiny water tower or the water cooler on steroids (I don’t know which it is) and turn down that dirt road, you won’t miss it! At the end of the trail is Fiddler’s Vineyard, a small family-owned winery with just that little something different. For us, making wine is a melodious affair. Fiddler’s Vineyard provides customers a selection of locally-grown fruits, fun family activities, and tours of the grounds and facilities.

Gaston County is located just west of Charlotte, NC in the Piedmont section of North Carolina. Gaston County offers visitors a variety of attractions to enhance your trip including museums, botanical gardens, extreme sports, hiking, dining and entertainment parks, art and history and more. www.gogaston.org

Gin (Emulsion), and our American Single Malt Whiskey (C.B. Fisher’s). They have a straight bourbon and rye whiskey still aging in the Rick House. The Straight Rye Whiskey will be available by December this year, as well as a Christmas Spiced Whiskey. Fainting Goat Spirits will begin to make Rum and Brandy early next year and aged in used Rye Whiskey barrels. Once they have used Bourbon barrels, they will import Tequila to age in those. Andrew is also very excited about upcoming collaborations with local breweries. Fainting Goat Spirits 115 W. Lewis Street Greensboro, NC 27406 Tours Fri, Sat & Sun. www.FaintingGoatSpirits.com
