Families connect to Pinewood through Family Night events every Thursday. Every student in grades 3-5 has access to a Google Chromebook during school and at home. Pinewood teachers and staff promote social and emotional learning and inclusiveness throughout the day. Choir and orchestra is available for students in grades 4 and 5. Band is available to students the summer before grade 5. Spanish is offered in grades 4 and 5. Classrooms hold daily morning and afternoon meetings focused on connection and reflection around character education. Pinewood offers a variety of before- and after-school experiences. School hours: 9:20 a.m.-4 p.m. Office hours: 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
