Pendry Park City and the plaza complex at Canyons Village has literally transformed our mountain town. Beth Rossi, Pendry Park City’s marketing and public relations manager, agrees. “ e residences and plaza were built to change the face of Canyons Village. It’s really revitalizing the area with a lot of new restaurant and retail concepts. Each building reveals unique views of di erent mountains,” says Rossi. e contemporary residences draw on dark tones of exterior stone, contrasted with lighter wood, interior fabrics and leather to suggest a connection with the natural world.” e resort features 152 guest rooms and suites, and 153 residences, spread across three buildings surrounding the plaza—all with ski-in/ski-out access. e residential units, which have all been sold, range in size from 450-square-foot studios to four-bedroom, 2,600-square-foot family homes. All rooms boast spectacular views of the resort and surrounding areas and are supplied with luxury furniture, bedding, and quality amenities. Pendry Residences provide a true luxury resort experience where owners take great pride in their superior construction and re ned interiors. e comfort and quality are apparent throughout.

Pendry Park City is truly a year-round resort. In winter, skiers and snowboarders exit their guestrooms or residences to chairli access just steps away on the plaza. From there, they have unlimited access to 7,300 acres of unsurpassed winter landscapes via an extensive network of over 40 li s, over 300 trails and six terrain parks. Summer residents and guests explore the same terrain for mountain biking, trail-running and hiking. Snow lovers relax après ski on a traditional “ski beach” in the plaza. An on-site ski valet will take care of all your equipment while you enjoy a days-end meal or beverage.
Pendry Park City o ers four dining and lounge destinations. KITA—the Japanese word for “north”—and their anchor restaurant, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner during the ski season. It’s a premier Japanese steak house and sushi bar, specializing in unique beef dishes and house-made ramen. Fresh seafood is own in daily. All evening meals may be paired with distinctive cocktails, sakes and wines.
Disco Pizza is a fun, family-oriented dining spot featuring pizzas, pasta and traditional comfort food. Its milkshake bar is a popular spot. Cra beers, cocktails and wine are available.
Après Pendry, located at the heart of the resort, presents a contemporary, European take on traditional lobby restaurants/lounges. Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, it’s a favorite gathering spot for guests and residents alike. A crackling replace greets indoor diners, who enjoy comfort food and handcra ed cocktails and beers. Outdoor seating is also available and live music adds atmosphere to this delightful spot.
Perhaps the liveliest of Pendry Park City’s dining spots is the Pool House Bar & Grille. Currently the only roo op pool and restaurant in town, it’s the perfect location to take a summer dip or sit by the re a er a full winter’s day on the slopes. e grille serves “classic” American mountain fare, cra local beers, cocktails and more. Regular DJ nights get guests up and dancing. With stunning views in all directions, it’s the perfect place to unwind. “I think we’re going to have a great après ski scene at the Pool House Bar & Grille this winter,” says Rossi.
Music o en echoes through the bustling plaza where a steady supply of local singer/songwriters and bands perform most a ernoons and evenings. Music also emanates from outdoor dining areas sprinkled around the plaza.
With six private treatment rooms, the resort’s boutique spa o ers a full menu of body and beauty treatments and massages. An experienced team of therapists encourage total relaxation and self-care. A tness center, fully equipped with Technogym machines and Peloton stationary bikes, are available to residents and guests 24 hours a day.
Pendry Park City was envisioned as a familyfriendly resort where adults and children alike can experience the destination. e Pinwheel Kids Club is the rst of its kind at a Pendry resort. “While we are the rst Pendry property to have a signature children’s program, there are plans for Pinwheel

Kids Club to open at future Pendry properties. is is a great amenity for families with children to utilize while they’re staying with us,” says Rossi. e club o ers half- and all-day activities for young guests ages ve through twelve to experience daily while their parents take to the slopes or enjoy an a ernoon or evening out at one of the resort’s restaurants and lounges. An innovative “kids night out” program is also available on Friday and Saturday nights. Reservations are required. e resort has also quickly become a popular venue for meetings and events. “We have a wide variety of spaces to welcome meetings. We have a Grand Ballroom that can be split into several di erent rooms for meetings or luncheons,” says Rossi. e 3,500-square-foot ballroom, with exible seating and comprehensive amenities, can accommodate groups up to 360 people. A smaller, 2,200-squarefoot Junior Ballroom, equipped with state-of-the-art technology for presentations, seats up to 240 guests. e plaza itself is also available for events. “Because of the way the resort is designed, it’s really welcoming for groups to come visit us,” adds Rossi. Recreation reigns supreme year-round at Pendry Park City. A er all, it is the reason most people live here or choose to vacation here. e spectrum of outdoor recreational activities available to residents and guests is truly amazing. Compass Sports, Pendry’s on-site out tter and guide service, can provide all the gear necessary for almost any outdoor activity. Experienced guides lead skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, e-biking, hiking and many other excursions. A hotel concierge can schedule individual or group hot air ballooning, horseback riding, river ra ing, golf outings and more.
