111 Corinthian Court, Unit C HARMONY INTERIORS / ASPEN GROVE KITCHEN AND BATH
DESCRIPTION Built in 1981, the townhome complex overlooks Lake Dillon with a spectacular view of Buffalo Mountain and the Ten Mile Range. This 1,429 square foot townhome has been in the family since 1999 and has seen its share of snow riders and outdoor enthusiasts. Tired and worn from age and use it was time to update it throughout for the needs of the growing family. After meeting with Harmony Interiors and Aspen Grove Kitchen & Bath, a plan and design concept was developed to give it the face lift it desperately needed. This townhome has been totally transformed, all while utilizing the existing footprint. The kitchen was completely reconfigured from a dark hole to an open and bright kitchen that includes an island with seating for four. The existing powder room, once accessed through the kitchen, is now tucked behind it. Additional pantry storage leads the way to the powder giving the homeowner the additional storage that was lacking in the old kitchen. The fireplace, once bare sheetrock now sports a new stone façade. The 1980’s “Love Boat” railing in the cutout overlooking the living room from the stair landing was replaced with a custom metal railing to bring it to the level of detail given to the rest of the townhome. The lower level bath was comprised of two small rooms, with the shower and toilet separate from the vanity area. The separating wall and doorway were removed as well as the small built in shower. The shower was enlarged to take up the end of the new bathroom instead of the small corner it
once had, resulting in a spacious open plan. The side-by-side washer and dryer were replaced with a stack unit and the open view to the water heater was closed in to create the alcove for the built-in bench and cubbies that were critical to the owner’s needs when coming in from the garage. The former “hot tub room” located adjacent to the lower level bath that the owner used as his ski tune room was converted to a cozy TV-game room for the kids. All new trim, doors, cabinetry, countertops and light fixtures along with all new finishes throughout makes this townhome a showplace you will not want to miss; be sure to take a look at the before photos.
HIGHLIGHTS 1,776 square feet 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms • New kitchen • Repositioned powder room • Additional storage • New stone fireplace • New railing around the landing between the stairs • Newly remodeled bathrooms – one with a larger shower • New built-ins for storage • New built-in bench with cubbies • All new trim, doors, countertops, plumbing and lighting

2153 KEYSTONE RANCH ROAD KC CUSTOM BUILDERS
DESCRIPTION Located in the exclusive Keystone Ranch neighborhood, this newly renovated home sits on the 13th tee box of the famous Keystone Ranch Golf Course. The owners purchased the home for its idyllic location, with every intention of updating the residence to maximize the spectacular Ten Mile and Gore Range views. The result is a beautiful, light-infused home that fully realizes the homeowners’ original dream through a collaborative effort of architect Todd Webber, general contractor Keith Hiller and interior designer Tracey Egolf. The design concept inside and out of the home is “Rustic Mountain Industrial” with a strong mixture of exposed steel connections, reclaimed wood finishes and natural stone. The exterior of the home is finished with hand-hewn siding, stone details and an expansive stamped concrete heated deck overlooking the golf course and encompassing the mountain views. As one enters the home you are struck with the breathtaking west facing views out of the new west window wall, and the exterior stone accents are continued indoors with a stone wall and raw steel railings encasing the staircase. The reorganized gourmet chef’s kitchen now features slab granite counter tops, premier appliances and custom cabinetry, accented by the new exposed steel I-beams. A three-sided, see-through fireplace joins the kitchen and dining area to the great room, and is a show stopper, complementing the stone accents and smokehouse walnut wood flooring. The home is generously appointed, featuring two updated master suites and loft on the upper level, and a guest bedroom, bunk room, and office on the main floor. The lower level features a “grotto”
wet bar that is not to be missed, added onto the newly expanded rec room which has reclaimed barn wood wainscoting, a live-edge bar, and a reclaimed barn door that conceals a roomy storage closet. The lower level offers three spacious guest bedrooms, an efficient laundry center, owner’s storage room and wine storage, and access to the updated hot tub area and exterior landscaping. This project is a world class example of what is possible when a creative renovation team collaborates to transform an older property into the home owners’ vision for their mountain retreat, that they can enjoy and treasure for many more generations.
HIGHLIGHTS 5,488 square feet 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms • Spectacular views of the Gore Range and steps away from the 13th tee box on the Keystone Ranch Golf Course • Custom open three-sided see through fireplace • Exposed steel I-Beams • Custom distressed cherry and alder cabinetry and Thermador appliances • Hand scrapped walnut hard wood flooring • Lower level entertaining area with full wet bar featuring vintage barn wood door and wainscot • Extensive stonework throughout • Hand hewn horizontal douglas fir and wire brushed vertical cedar siding • Heated stamped colored concrete on patios and decks • High-efficiency boiler, in-floor heat, and the latest in energy saving insulation

2016 SUMMIT COUNTY PARADE OF HOMES
1884 Montezuma Road KITCHENSCAPES / COLORADO MOUNTAIN HOMES
DESCRIPTION See an amazing Summit County restoration and addition; the Colorado Mountain Homes team carefully and meticulously preserved the cabin’s 1960’s era log walls, while replacing the foundation, roof and adding a 2000 square foot addition. Finishes, materials and design were inspired by the original owner’s connection to the Keystone ski area, the valley’s rich mining history and the prominence of the Snake River flowing through the property. As you wind your way around the home, the landscaping and hardscape take over. Three massive boulders create a gathering area worthy of the property’s storied history and reference the natural wonder of the world’s great monuments. Entering the home is where the real story begins. The centerpiece of the room, a two-sided wood burning fireplace, draws your eyes upward to the beetle kill tongue & groove ceiling framed by massive log beams. Sweeping hand-scraped oak floors and a chef’s dream kitchen designed by Kitchenscapes and crafted by Davis Mill & Cabinet—with granite slabs hand-picked by the owner—complete this warm and welcoming space. As you descend the stairs to the family room, you realize the history and thoughtfulness that went into preserving this home. Completely surrounded by the original log structure, the stamped concrete floors, moss rock wainscot, wet bar, bunk room, bedroom and bathroom all
have a nod to the history of this cabin. Don’t miss the original fireplace mantels and beams which have been transformed and crafted into counter tops and lintels. This magnificent home was a two year project built on the legacy of a half-century old cabin. Blending the old with the new is a familiar concept to Summit County custom home owners, but this project resulted in a residence beyond compare to any homes in the area.
HIGHLIGHTS 4,000 square feet 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms • Davis Mill & Cabinet custom cabinetry in the kitchen • Thermador appliances • Home built around existing salvaged log cabin • Stones claimed from the property used to create outdoor living area • Custom iron work by local artist • Interior trim and doors, all knotty alder • River deck • Coffee deck off master bedroom • Hear the Snake River from every room

DESCRIPTION Imagine an idyllic Breckenridge setting; a sanctuary on the Blue River nestled in the forest, a moose grazing peacefully at the banks of the rolling water flanked by the century-old relic of a moss lined mining flume. This is the location for Riverhouse, first born in 1991, totally resurrected in 2016 as a modern vision of a past mining era. The remodel was total and unflinching; the clients’ vision intersecting precisely with a complete interior and exterior redesign and floor plan executed by Trilogy Design Services. For this complex project, it was imperative that the clients have the freedom to explore a myriad of design concepts and strategies with absolute clarity. As they said, “seeing is believing.” To further this, Trilogy utilized advanced 3D modeling employing a process that allowed an old home to be deconstructed and a new home to be literally “built” in the computer. This reimagined home embraces mining heritage as it features an additional 500 square feet of living space, a billiards room loft overlooking the main floor great room and kitchen, new cabinetry by Davis Mill & Cabinet designed by Kitchenscapes of Breckenridge, an additional bed and bath suite, bespoke iron railings, trellises, and lighting fixtures.
