uying gifts for friends on the Peninsula can be like buying gifts for the Little Mermaid. They already have “gadgets and gizmos aplenty” and “whosits and whatsits galore.” When everyone is already carrying the latest gadget and wearing the best the season has to offer, it can be a struggle to pick out gifts that won’t turn up in the back of a closet. One gift that takes up no physical space is knowledge. Gifts of experience are not only enjoyable but can be social and educational.
