#9 WORKSHOP I, Friday, 4:30-5:30 PM Location: Newton: Creekside (Across from the Meadow, Downstairs) Instructor: Deborah Raney, Freelance Fiction Author

IDEAS & INSPIRATION In this workshop, we'll take a look at a wide variety of resources for sparking creative story ideas; and more importantly, explore secrets for getting––and staying––inspired to write once you have an idea nailed down. This session includes a hands-on exercise that should send you home with at least one “killer” book idea. IDEAS: You may have one great idea for a book, but if you want a career as a writer, you'll need to come up with great ideas year after year. Where do ideas for books and articles come from? ________________________
