Withdrawal policy
Refund policy
Withdrawal from a course may be requested on or before the official course end date. A “W” grade will be assigned and recorded on your official academic transcript. No tuition refund will be issued. If you stop attending classes and do not follow the official withdrawal procedure, you will receive a failing grade. You are encouraged to consult with your instructor before withdrawing from a course.
All refunds are subject to an administration fee of 10 percent of course tuition (up to a maximum of $50). In all cases, when a refund is issued before the course start date, the course will not appear on the academic transcript.
Note: Some courses or programs have special withdrawal policies that supersede this Withdrawal Policy. Refer to your confirmation of registration letter. The Community Paramedicine program expands on practical experiences to build competencies in addressing complex social and mobility issues.
