EXILIS ULTRA® BODY SKIN TIGHTENING TREATMENT

Exilis Ultra Body is a radiofrequency and ultrasound treatment designed to reduce fat deposits and tighten the skin, and may help with a reduction in the appearance of cellulite. This versatile radiofrequency & ultrasound device can be used to target specific areas and stimulate collagen production for optimal skin tightening.

Many of us look to improve the appearance of our skin and different areas of our bodies. For example, a little bit of stubborn fat you can’t shift, cellulite, or skin that has lost its elasticity. Because the size of areas to be treated will vary from client to client, it is difficult to give a precise quote without a face-to-face consultation. Therefore, we feel it is more appropriate to charge by time and your individual concern rather than by standard area. By meeting with one of our therapists we will be able to give you a more accurate quotation based on your needs and goals for your body. Each treatment will vary based on the body part, treatment indication and other factors. Typically a programme of treatments consisting of 6 - 8 sessions and performed 1-2 weeks apart will show meaningful results and can be enhanced with additional treatments.

Who is an ideal candidate for Exilis Ultra Body?

Exilis Ultra Body is ideal for anyone looking for rejuvenation or body contouring, whether it be preventative or for visible improvements without the need to consider surgery.

How long is the treatment and how many sessions will I need?

The size of the area to be treated determines how long treatment will take and over how many sessions. Typically this is anywhere between 20 and 60 minutes per session. To see the best results, we usually recommend a minimum course of 4 sessions spaced 7-14 days apart.

How much does Exilis Ultra Body cost?

As an indication, the cost of a course of 4 sessions to one area of the body starts from £120. However, you will receive a personalised treatment plan and costing during your consultation with one of our therapists.

How fast will I see results?

Some clients report seeing visible results after only one treatment. However, this will vary between clients and results generally continue to improve over the following 2 - 3 months.

Will I need to change my lifestyle or follow a specific diet?

There is no requirement to specifically exercise or alter your dietary habits. The treatment results can give you a head start to a better looking body and clients often feel motivated to take better care of themselves once results start to be visible.

We advise that you: - Avoid yo-yo dieting. - Keep well-hydrated. - Follow a healthy eating regime. - Stay active.

Reasons you may not be able to have this treatment.

As long as you are generally healthy and do not have any serious health concerns (e.g., liver, kidney or heart disease, cancer etc.) or skin diseases/active infections in the area to be treated, there are few medical reasons why you should not undergo Exilis Ultra Body treatment.

Exilis Ultra Body treatment is also not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker or any other implanted metal (e.g., hip joints) or electronic device (e.g., internal defibrillator). This is due to the delivery of radiofrequency energy to the body which may cause damage to such items.

Exilis Ultra Body treatment is not advisable for pregnant or breast-feeding women.

What does the procedure feel like?

Most clients describe the sensation of treatment as being similar to that of a pain-free, hotstone massage. The treatment is performed lying down allowing you to relax during the procedure.

How long do the results last?

This varies from person to person, and may be affected by lifestyle. For example, following a healthy diet, keeping well-hydrated and staying active may help to prolong the effects of treatment

Follow-up maintenance sessions may also help to prolong the effects.

Initially, we will book an Exilis Ultra Body consultation that takes approximately 20 minutes. The personal consultation includes a check on medical history and an explanation of how Exilis Ultra Body works before booking your treatments.

**We take a refundable deposit of £25 for all consultations, including those that are free of charge. Should you need to cancel or reschedule we kindly ask that you call us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to give the full notice will result in the deposit being retained by the salon. This allows us to manage our diaries efficiently.

Should you choose to go ahead with the treatment or course, the £25 deposit will be taken off the cost of the treatment or course. Should the treatment be contraindicated in your case or you choose not to go ahead after the consultation, your deposit can be refunded to you or may be used against any of our other treatments or products. **Refunded to you by the same method the deposit was paid.
