Our breathtaking Grand View suite and spacious terrace both delicately lit with strategically placed lighting makes them spectacular backdrops for those specially cherished photo moments.
Our dedicated events team pride themselves on supporting the Prom organisers and providing an excellent service and their long-term hospitality experience only strengthens the support. We are more than happy to help arrange any extra touches from themed room decor to entertainment hire, and can source the unusual if so required. With Prom packages starting form just ÂŁ22 per person (based on minimum of 100 guests), our inclusive package offers fantastic value and includes many options that other venues usually charge extra for.

For the whole duration of the prom night, you’ll have a continuous flow of soft drinks constantly served. No limits and all popular flavours are provided. In addition to served drinks, there are also water stations set up near dance floors for later in the night when you pick up the pace.
Personal Event Managers are on call 7 days a week. They have many years of Event Management experience in both teen and adults events. Your designated event manager knows everything about your big Prom night and remain on-call to help you right up until the doors open at your evening’s proceedings.

Security is mandatory so invitations / tickets will be required. A staff/teacher of 1:25 is required from 30 minutes prior to and 30 minutes after the end of the function. Contracts must be signed by a member of the school’s staff and a non-refundable 25% booking will be required to secure the booking. Any alcohol brought onto the premises or on the Venue property will be confiscated. Anyone who becomes intoxicated will be asked to leave or placed in a taxi at their own expense. Seating is available for only upto 150 guests. Larger numbers are catered for only on this understanding. The bar within the Grande View Suite will only serve non-alcohol beverages unless by special arrangement. All Prom functions will finish by midnight. Guests should leave the premises quietly in order to respect local residents. We accept no responsibility for any personal loss or theft whilst on the premises. Please keep your valuables with you at all times. The school booking the event will be liable for any costs to replace or fix any damaged property or Venue items. All accounts must be prepaid, an invoice will be prepared and sent to you at 2 weeks following confirmation of your final numbers, this account must be settled before your visit, and all bookings are only accepted on this basis. Please give all relevant invoicing details at the time of booking. All prices included in this package are current for 2018 and include VAT at 20.00%, and will be subject to any increase in VAT, while we try to maintain our prices for the full year, we do reserve the right to review prices due to economic conditions beyond our control. During the event, the partitioned 19th hole bar may have members present, these members will not be allowed into the private Grande View Suite or party terrace and have use of alternative toilet facilities. Please advise all Parents intending to visit during arrivals to park responsibly & allow space for large vehicles which require additional turning space.

ARRIVAL BY TRAIN
Bradford Forster station is the nearest rail station, served by both Virgin and Northern. Headley Venue is approximately 20 minutes away. There is a taxi rank directly outside. Halifax station is approx. 25 minutes away again there is a taxi rank directly outside.
ARRIVAL BY CAR
The closest motorway is the M62. Exit the M62 between junctions 25 & 26, fork onto M606. Keep left follow signs for A636/A58. Follow Ring road West A6155 to Thornton. Turn Left onto Green lane continue onto Headley Lane, Headley Venue is on your right.
ARRIVAL BY LARGE VEHICLE
We would advise that the best route for large vehicles would be to enter the venue via Cragg Lane off the A64. Follow th e ‘arrival by car’ instructions but do not turn onto green lane, instead continue down Thornton Road to the crossroads and turn left onto the A64 denholme and brighouse road. Gragg lane is on your left. Drive carefully down the country lane onto Malt Kiln Lane tehn onto Headley Lane, Headley Venue is on your left. We would advise prior to booking your Prom transport that your chosen mode of transport can enter the Venue without any problems.
