Novità, eventi e tanta voglia di divertimento trai parchi Movimënt!

Quest’anno vogliamo aprire la stagione invernale 2023/24 danzando sulle piste a ritmo di musica, respirando a pieni polmoni quell’aria frizzante e genuina, che solo il cuore delle Dolomiti sa regalarci.

Il LA quest’anno lo da l’INVERN Opening Party, la grande festa di apertura del 7 dicembre organizzata ai piedi della Gran Risa, il simbolo della località, con live music, dj set e tanto, tanto divertimento.

Si prosegue con la novità dell’inverno 2023/24. La seggiovia Arlara che collega Corvara con l’altipiano e che durante il periodo estivo è stata completamente rinnovata. Oltre alla parte tecnica, l’impianto si presenta con una nuova veste che richiama i colori del brand Movimënt ed entra così, di diritto, tra gli impianti di ultima generazione del comprensorio. Ci immergiamo poi tra i parchi e le attrazioni Movimënt. Torna il divertimento nello snowpark, tra i più attrezzati in Italia e in Europa, mentre riprende quota il funcross, parco dedicato al flow con due percorsi, uno per chi ama sfrecciare tra onde di neve e uno ricco di paraboliche e cambi di direzione.

Riapre la Funslope al Biok, il parco dedicato alle famiglie, pista da sci e snowpark, con oltre 20 elementi tra paraboliche, salti, vortici e tunnel, perfetto per imparare le basi e perfezionarsi. Inoltre la sua versione per i più piccoli la Kidsslope sulla pista Pralongià I, con tante piccole sfide da provare sulla neve.

Anche quest’anno si può partecipare, per tutta la stagione, al circuito con sci ai piedi Movimënt Challenge, un’esperienza ancora più divertente se condivisa in famiglia o con gli amici: si compete su un circuito di 6 tappe che includono il Parallel Slalom, la pista cronometrata Speedcheck, per i velocisti anche più piccoli, o il Movie Slalom sul Col Alto. Chi porta a termine la sfida riceve un gadget e può rivedere e scaricare le riprese video dei momenti salienti di questa avventura, per tornare a casa con tanti ricordi.

Ultimo, ma non meno interessate, il ricco calendario di eventi che prevede un susseguirsi di appuntamenti imperdibili come il Bun de Gran Risa, il Giat dala Nëi - Experience e la Nöt dla Liösa.

Ma questo è solo l’inizio e non ci resta che sfogliare le prossime pagine alla scoperta delle tante piste, parchi, novità ed iniziative che propone Movimënt. Un’avventura fantastica, che da dicembre ci porterà alle lunghe giornate di aprile e regalerà momenti indimenticabili a tutti gli amanti dell’Alta Badia e del Dolomiti Superski.

News, Events und jede Menge Fun und Action in den Movimënt-Parks!

Dieses Jahr eröffnen wir die Wintersaison 2023 im Rhythmus der Musik auf den Pisten vor einer fantastischen und authentischen Kulisse, die uns nur das Herz der Dolomiten bieten kann. Den Auftakt macht die INVERN Opening Party, die große Eröffnungsparty am 7. Dezember am Fuße der Gran Risa, dem Wahrzeichen des Skigebiets, mit Live-Musik, DJ-Sets und jeder Menge Spaß.

Weiter geht es mit der Winterneuheit 2023/24: Die Sesselbahn Arlara, die Corvara mit dem Hochplateau verbindet, wurde im Sommer komplett erneuert. Neben der neuen Technik präsentiert sich die Bahn auch in einem neuen Farbkonzept, angelehnt an die Marke Movimënt, und reiht sich damit zu Recht in die jüngste Sesselbahngeneration der Region ein.

Und dann erwartet uns die Welt der Movimënt-Parks mit ihren Attraktionen. Im Snowpark, einem der bestausgestatteten Italiens und Europas, ist der Spaß garantiert. Der Funcross-Snowpark sorgt auf zwei Strecken für Flow - auf einer können Skibegeisterte über Schneewellen sausen, die andere fordert mit Steilkurven und Richtungswechseln heraus.

Die Funslope auf der Biok-Piste, der familienfreundliche Ski- und Snowpark mit über 20 Elementen wie Steilkurven, Sprüngen, Längs- und Querwellen sowie Tunnels ist wieder geöffnet. Ideal für Anfänger und zum Auffrischen der Grundkenntnisse. Für die Kleinsten gibt es die Kidsslope auf der Piste Pralongià I mit vielen kleinen Abenteuern im Schnee.

Auch in diesem Jahr kann man während der ganzen Saison an der Movimënt Challenge teilnehmen, ein Erlebnis, das mit Freunden und Familie noch mehr Spaß macht. Die Skifahrerinnen und Skifahrer messen sich in sechs Etappen, darunter der Parallelslalom, die Speedcheck-Piste mit Zeitmessung auch für die kleinsten Speed-Skifahrer oder der Movie-Slalom auf der Col Alto-Piste. Wer die Herausforderung meistert, gewinnt ein Gadget und kann sich Videos von den Highlights des Abenteuers ansehen und herunterladen und so viele Erinnerungen mit nach Hause nehmen.

Last but not least bietet der reichhaltige Veranstaltungskalender eine Reihe von Events, die man sich nicht entgehen lassen sollte, wie z. B. die Bun de Gran Risa, Experience Giat dala Nëi und Nöt dla Liösa.

News, events and so much lust for fun in the Movimënt parks!

This year, we want to kick off the 2023 winter season dancing on the slopes to the beat of the music, breathing in a full lungful of the pure, vibrant air that only the Dolomite can give us! Getting the ball rolling this year is the INVERN Opening Party on 7 December at the foot of the Gran Risa, emblem mountain of the area, where guess can look forward to live music, a DJ set and a whole lot of fun.

Hot on the tails of the opening party come the all-new features of the 2023/2024 season: The Arlara chairlift between Corvara and the mountain plateau was given a full overhaul in the summer season. In addition to its technical revamp the lift has also been given a new look: Emblazoned in the colours of the Movimënt brand, it now takes its well-earned place among the latest-generation lift systems in the resort.

And then it’s time to leap into the parks and the multitude of Movimënt attractions. All the fun of the Snowpark—one of the best equipped in Italy—is with us once more, while Funcross, the two-trail flow park, one for all bikers who love whizzing through snowbanks, and one filled with parabolics and switchbacks, also makes a return to the scene.

The Biok Funslope, the family park, ski slope and terrain park with over 20 feature attractions including parabolics, jumps, berms and tunnels, will also be opening up again, bringing visitors the ideal opportunity to learn the basics and hone their skills, as will its kids’ counterpart, the Kidslope on the Pralongià, where children can tray their hands at a vast array of mini snow challenges.

Once again this year you can take part in the Movimënt Challenge ski circuit, an experience which is even more fun with family and friends as you battle it out on a 6-stage circuit including a parallel slalom, a Speedcheck time trail for even the youngest ski-racers to enjoy and the Movie Slalom on the Col Alto. All participants who complete the challenge receive a souvenir gift, can view and download video footage of the highlights of their adventure, and return home with endless happy memories.

Last but by no means least, we come to the variety-packed events calendar with an unstoppable series of unmissable events, from the Bun de Gran Risa mini-masterclass in slalom, to the Giat dala Nëi - Experience snowcat excursion, and the Nöt dla Liösa moonlight sledging nights.

Die 4er-Sesselbahn Arlara, die das Gebiet Corvara-Campolongo mit dem Hochplateau und der gleichnamigen Berghütte verbindet, wurde vor kurzem nach 20 Jahren einer Generalüberholung unterzogen, die eine Reihe wichtiger Verbesserungen mit sich brachte. Bei der Renovierung wurde darauf geachtet, höchste Sicherheitsstandards und einen optimalen Betrieb zu gewährleisten, aber auch ein gewisses Maß an Stil hinzuzufügen.

Arlara chairlift: innovation, efficiency and style rolled into one!

The Arlara ski life-a four-seater chairlift linking the Corvara-Campolongo area with the mountain plateau and mountain hut of the same name—has recently been given a full twenty-year overhaul comprising an array of significant improvements. The renovations were designed to guarantee the highest of safety standards and optimal functioning together with a stylish makeover.

Complete change: An all-new power station One of the focal changes of the revamp was a full replacement of the power station. This crucial step has improved the performance of the entire system significantly, and provides both greater efficiency and stability.

But the modernisation works do not end here: With the installation of a latest-generation fibre-optic network, online communication has taken leaps and bounds forward in speed and stability. Data transmission is now smoother than ever, guaranteeing unwavering efficiency in all digital systems.

Direct electrical drive: Unparalleled agility Forget the old reduction gear unit: With the introduction of a brand-new direct drive motor, the Arlara ski lift has made immense gains in agility and, at the same time, uses around 10% less electricity than the previous motor.

Every single aspect of the lift is now more sustainable and responsive.

The focus, however, was not on performance alone: The two stations of the Arlara ski lift have also been restyled in their entirety, all 56 chairs of the lift have been replaced, and the arm rests fitted with the latest in innovations for the transportation of children. These modernisations improve the visual appeal of the lift, and bring all passengers a more modern, engaging experience.

L'impianto di risalita Arlara, seggiovia quadriposto che collega la zona di Corvara-Campolongo con l’altipiano e l’omonimo rifugio, è stato recentemente sottoposto a una revisione generale ventennale che ha portato a una serie di importanti miglioramenti. Questa ristrutturazione è stata progettata per garantire i massimi standard di sicurezza e un funzionamento ottimale, con un tocco di stile in più.

sull’innevamento delle piste.

Per gli amanti dello sci l'Alta Badia è sinonimo di piste perfettamente preparate, progresso e innovazione.

Proprio pensando a questi tre fattori abbiamo creato SnowMan (ovvero snow management), un sistema digitale che consente di consultare in tempo reale la produzione e le condizioni generali della neve in pista utilizzando qualsiasi dispositivo mobile o comodamente davanti al computer.

Sviluppato presso il Polo Tecnologico di Rovereto da BPEng. SnowMan acquisisce dati come la quantità di neve prodotta dai cannoni, mettendola in relazione con quella presente sulla pista da sci e rilevata dai sistemi satellitari (SnowSat) presenti sui gatti della neve. Questo sistema, infatti, è in grado di valutare la conformazione del terreno, grazie alla mappatura del comprensorio realizzata durante il periodo estivo e comunicare in real time la quantità di neve presente al momento della battitura della pista.

Queste informazioni, geolocalizzate grazie al segnale Gps, sono utilizzate per decidere quali impianti di innevamento azionare, e per quanto tempo, fino al raggiungimento della quantità di neve di volta in volta necessaria.

Tutto questo si traduce in un notevole risparmio di acqua ed elettricità, riducendo a zero lo spreco di queste risorse. Attualmente SnowMan è attivo su tutte le piste di Skicarosello Corvara e su tre quarti di quelle dell’Alta Badia, ed è stato implementato con software ancora più moderni.

Alta Badia Beschneiungsbericht - Echtzeitinformationen über die Beschneiung der Pisten.

Perfekt präparierte Pisten, Fortschritt und Innovation - dafür steht Alta Badia bei Skifans.

Unter Berücksichtigung dieser drei Faktoren haben wir SnowMan (= Schneemanagement) entwickelt, ein digitales System, das es ermöglicht, die Schneeproduktion und die allgemeinen Pistenbedingungen in Echtzeit über jedes mobile Gerät oder bequem vom Computer aus abzurufen.

SnowMan wurde von BPEng am Forschungszentrum Polo Tecnologico di Rovereto entwickelt. Das System sammelt Daten wie die von den Schneekanonen produzierte Menge und setzt sie in Beziehung zur Schneemenge auf der Skipiste, die von Satellitensystemen (SnowSat) auf den Pistenraupen gemessen wird. Dieses System ist in der Lage, die Beschaffenheit des Geländes anhand der im Sommer durchgeführten Kartierung zu beurteilen und in Echtzeit die Schneemenge zu melden, die zum Zeitpunkt der Pistenpräparierung vorhanden ist.

Anhand dieser Informationen, die mit Hilfe des GPS-Signals geolokalisiert werden, wird entschieden, welche Beschneiungsanlagen wie lange betrieben werden, bis die gewünschte Schneemenge erreicht ist. Dies führt zu erheblichen Einsparungen bei Wasser und Strom und reduziert die Verschwendung dieser Ressourcen auf Null. SnowMan ist derzeit auf allen Pisten von Skicarosello Corvara und auf drei Viertel der Pisten von Alta Badia im Einsatz und wurde mit einer noch moderneren Software ausgestattet.

Alta Badia snow report – Real-time information on the snow conditions on the slopes.

For skiing enthusiasts, Alta Badia means perfectly-groomed slopes, progress and innovation.

And it was with precisely these three factors in mind that we created SnowMan (Snow Management), a digital system which enables us to check snow production and general conditions in real time, using any mobile device or from the ease and comfort of your own computer.

Developed by BPEng at the Technology Park in Rovereto, the SnowMan system acquires data such as the quantity of cannon-produced snow and links it with information regarding the snow volume and terrain conditions on the slopes, acquired by satellite (SnowSat) fitted to the snow cats.

This system is capable of evaluating the conformation of the terrain by means of mapping surveys carried out during the summer months, and provides real-time data on the quantity of snow on the slopes at the time of grooming. This information is GPS geolocalised, and is used to decide which snowmakers to activate, and for how long, in order to reach the quantity of snow required at any given time. This saves a considerable amount of water and electricity and eradicates resource wastage entirely. At the moment, SnowMan is currently running on all the Skicarosello Corvara slopes and on three-quarters of the Alta Badia slopes, and has been implemented using software which is even more cutting-edge.

Take Care Kids e Movimënt per la Thailandia Con estremo piacere, emozione e speranza c'è una storia che desideriamo condividere con tutti voi. In un mondo in cui le famiglie e i bambini hanno bisogno di amore, cura e rispetto, esiste un'organizzazione straordinaria chiamata "Take Care Kids ODV". Da quest’anno Movimënt Alta Badia è orgogliosa di sostenerla nella sua missione di migliorare la vita dei bambini in situazioni di disagio.

Questa organizzazione non governativa senza scopo di lucro è il faro di speranza per tanti bambini che lottano contro la povertà, la malattia e la mancanza di opportunità in Thailandia. Fondata da persone appassionate in Italia, operano insieme ad altri volontari sul territorio di Pattaya. La missione di Take Care Kids ODV è fornire supporto, educazione e risorse a madri e bambini, affinché possano guardare al futuro con speranza e fiducia.

Und dieses Jahr ist Movimënt Alta Badia stolz darauf, sie bei ihrer Mission, das Leben von Kindern in schwierigen Situationen zu verbessern, zu unterstützen.

Die gemeinnützige NGO ist ein Hoffnungsträger für viele Kinder, die in Thailand mit Armut, Krankheit und Chancenlosigkeit zu kämpfen haben.

Sie wurde von engagierten Menschen in Italien gegründet und arbeitet mit Freiwilligen in der Region Pattaya zusammen. Die Mission von Take Care Kids ODV ist es, Müttern und Kindern Unterstützung, Bildung und Ressourcen zur Verfügung zu stellen, damit sie mit Hoffnung und Zuversicht in die Zukunft blicken können. In prima linea di questi giovani talenti azzurri spicca Hannes Zingerle di La Villa Classe '95.

Hannes incarna lo spirito dell'Alta Badia: una crescita graduale, costante, misurata, equilibrata, senza bruschi scossoni. Un percorso verso l'eccellenza controllato e calcolato, frutto di duro lavoro, impegno e dedizione. La sua terra, grazie a questo approccio, ha raggiunto traguardi di rilevanza mondiale, e Hannes sta sicuramente per fare lo stesso nel competitivo mondo dello sci agonistico.

Matteo Canins, classe '98, orgoglio di San Cassiano, ha raggiunto un traguardo straordinario entrando a far parte del prestigioso gruppo degli slalomisti di Coppa del Mondo. Tutti e quattro gli atleti fanno parte dello Ski Team Alta Badia, un club locale che introduce i giovani al mondo dello sci e della neve. Movimënt è al fianco dello Ski Team da più di 15 anni e si vanta di far parte di questa grande famiglia che pone lo sport, e in particolare lo sci, al centro delle sue priorità.

Non limitandosi al solo sci alpino, Movimënt si impegna attivamente nel sostenere la crescita di altre realtà sportive, sia professionistiche che amatoriali, nel territorio. Da quattro anni è sponsor della squadra di hockey Foxes HCB Bolzano, impegnata nell’Ice Hockey League, il campionato europeo. Sempre nell'ambito dell'hockey, Movimënt è un grande sostenitore dei Cavaliers, squadra altoatesina di Ora, vicino a Bolzano, e dell’Hockey Club Alta Badia. Inoltre, Movimënt ha avviato una partnership con la squadra di pattinaggio artistico, l’Ice Club Alta Badia.

“Il dolce “Movimënt, una creazione che io divido in due parti, due stagionalità: una versione autunno/inverno e una versione primaverile/estate. Quando si pensa ad un dolce per l'Alta Badia in inverno viene subito in mente il miele di pino mugo, che non può mai mancare. – spiega il maestro Knam - Abbiamo inserito anche un croccantino con arachidi salati che sviluppa ulteriormente il gusto, il cioccolato è sempre un elemento irrinunciabile come anche il caramello salato. Dentro un patè di mela per riprendere il gusto del frutto altoatesino. Tutti questi ingredienti hanno il potere di richiamare appieno i sapori e il gusto unico delle Dolomiti.” Il discorso prosegue poi con la descrizione del dolce Movimënt in versione estiva: “Per l’estate ho pensato ai boschi, ai frutti succosi e colorati. Con queste caratteristiche spiccano sicuramente i mirtilli, che con il loro gusto intenso e un colore forte stanno benissimo in contrasto con l’elegante e candido cioccolato bianco e vaniglia e si sposano perfettamente con la glassa viola. Pan di spagna e crumble danno morbidezza e croccantezza ad ogni morso. Il sapore risulta fresco ed elegante.”

„Das Dessert „Movimënt“ ist eine Kreation in zwei Versionen: eine für Herbst und Winter und eine für Frühling und Sommer. Denkt man an ein Dessert in Alta Badia im Winter, kommt einem sofort der Latschenhonig in den Sinn, der nie fehlen darf“, erklärt Knam. „Hinzu kommt ein Knusperstück aus gesalzenen Erdnüssen, um den Geschmack zu verstärken. Schokolade ist immer eine wichtige Zutat, ebenso gesalzenes Karamell. Eine Füllung aus Apfelcreme gibt den Geschmack der Südtiroler Früchte wieder. Alle Zutaten haben die Kraft, die Aromen und den einzigartigen Geschmack der Dolomiten voll zur Geltung zu bringen.“ Die Beschreibung der Sommerversion des Movimënt-Desserts lautet: „Bei Sommer denke ich an den Wald, an saftige, bunte Früchte. Dazu gehören Heidelbeeren, die mit ihrem intensiven Geschmack und ihrer kräftigen Farbe einen wunderbaren Kontrast zu der eleganten, reinweißen Schokolade und der Vanille bilden und perfekt mit der violetten Glasur harmonieren. Das Biskuit und die Streusel machen jeden Bissen weich und knusprig. Der Geschmack ist frisch und elegant.“

When you think of a dessert for Alta Badia you immediately think of mountain pine honey, an absolutely essential ingredient,” explains Maestro Knam. “To this we added a salted peanut brittle to bring out the taste, chocolate, which is always a must, as is salted caramel, and a heart of apple patè to express the taste of fruit from Alto Adige. All of these ingredients have the power to evoke the flavours and the unique taste of the Dolomites instantaneously.” He continues with a description of the summer version of the Movimënt dessert: “For the summer, I thought of the woods, of juicy, colourful fruits. And when it comes to these aspects, blueberries top the list. With their intense flavour and strong colour, they work wonderfully as a contrast to the elegance and purity of white chocolate and vanilla, and pair beautifully with the purple glacé. Sponge cake and crumble lend a touch of softness and a crunch to every bite; the overall taste is fresh and elegant.”

alberghiero in quanto i miei genitori gestiscono un rifugio a Corvara.

Ho frequentato la scuola alberghiera con maturità a Merano presso il Kasiserhof. Ho iniziato a lavorare in questo settore già da bambina! I miei hobby sono cucinare, viaggiare per il mondo, lo shopping e le camminate in montagna!

Qual è il concetto o lo stile culinario del tuo ristorante e quali piatti o specialità sono particolarmente apprezzati dai clienti?

M. La nostra cucina é molto genuina. Siamo legati alla cucina tradizionale e tipica ma anche aperti a piatti internazionali e innovativi. I prodotti sono locali e cerchiamo di comunicare al meglio il nostro valore di qualità ai nostri ospiti. Ci impegniamo anche il più possibile e a fare tutto in casa cucinando con amore.

Quali consigli daresti a chi sta pensando di aprire un ristorante o di intraprendere una carriera nel settore della ristorazione/rifugio?

M. Il mio consiglio è innanzitutto di essere sicuri di intraprendere questa strada, perchè costa qualche sacrificio soprattutto di tempo libero. Noi siamo quelli che si occupano dei bei momenti delle persone, che vuole dire lavorare il fine settimana come anche i festivi! Il nostro lavoro non é semplicemente portare piatti, cucinare e altro. Io dico sempre siamo intrattenitori e anche un po’ psicologi. Quindi sì, se scegliete questa strada fatelo con convinzione e dedizione. Questo lavoro occupa ca. 80% della nostra vita, quindi la cosa più importante è farlo con passione e piacere.

Qual è la parte più gratificante del tuo lavoro come ristoratrice?

M. La parte più gratificante é senz’altro vedere un ospite soddisfatto e grato e chiaramente avere tanti clienti abituali. Personalmente a fine servizio essere anche se sono un po’ stanca, sono soddisfatta di quello che ho raggiunto durante la giornata. La gastronomia ha il vantaggio che può essere gratificante giorno dopo giorno, se fatto con il cuore e impegno.

Die Matura habe ich an der Landeshotelfachschule Kaiserhof in Meran absolviert. Ich arbeite also schon seit meiner Kindheit in dieser Branche!

Meine Hobbys sind Kochen, Weltreisen, Shoppen und Bergwandern!

Was ist das Konzept oder der kulinarische Stil deines Restaurants und welche Gerichte oder Spezialitäten werden besonders von den Kunden geschätzt?

M. Unsere Küche ist sehr authentisch. Wir sind der traditionellen, heimischen Küche verbunden, aber auch offen für Neues und Internationales. Die Produkte stammen aus der Region und unsere Qualitätswerte werden unseren Gästen bestmöglich vermittelt. Wir kochen mit Liebe und versuchen so viel wie möglich selbst zu machen.

Welche Ratschläge würdest du denen geben, die darüber nachdenken, ein Restaurant zu eröffnen oder eine Karriere in der Gastronomie/ Hospitality-Branche zu beginnen?

M. Ich empfehle vor allem, sich sicher zu sein, dass man diesen Weg gehen möchte, denn man muss einen großen Teil seiner Freizeit opfern. Wir sorgen dafür, dass es den Menschen gut geht, und das bedeutet, dass wir am Wochenende und an Feiertagen arbeiten! Unsere Arbeit besteht nicht nur aus Servieren, Kochen und dergleichen. Ich sage immer, wir sind Animateure und auch ein bisschen Psychologen. Man muss sich also mit Überzeugung und Hingabe für diesen Weg entscheiden. Diese Arbeit nimmt etwa 80% unseres Alltags in Anspruch, deshalb ist es wichtig, sie mit Leidenschaft und Freude zu tun.

Was ist der befriedigendste Teil deiner Arbeit als Restaurant/ Hüttenbetreiberin?

M. Einen zufriedenen und dankbaren Gast zu sehen und natürlich viele Stammkunden zu haben, ist zweifellos das Schönste. Ich persönlich bin am Ende des Arbeitstages etwas müde, aber zufrieden mit dem, was ich an diesem Tag geschafft habe. Das Schöne an der Gastronomie ist, dass sie jeden Tag bereichert, wenn sie mit Herz und Engagement gelebt wird.

What is the concept or culinary style of your restaurant, and which dishes or specialties are particularly appreciated by customers?

M. Our cuisine is very authentic. We have a bond with the traditional cuisine of the area, but an open mindset towards international, innovative dishes.

The products are local, and we strive to share our quality-based values with our guests. We do our utmost to make everything here at home, and cook with love.

What advice would you give to those who are thinking of opening a restaurant or starting a career in the hospitality industry?

M. My advice is, first and foremost, the be certain that this is the path you want to take as it is one that calls for sacrifices, above all in terms of your free time. We are the people who give other people their happy moments, which means working at the weekends and on public holidays! Our work is not just carrying plates around and cooking and so forth: I always say that we are entertainers, and, to a certain extent, psychologists. So, if you choose this path, do it with conviction and dedication. It is a job that takes up around 80% of our lives, so the most important thing is to do it with passion and enjoyment.

What is the most satisfying part of your work as a restaurant/hut owner?

M. The most rewarding part is, without a doubt, seeing a satisfied guest and, of course, having regular guests. Personally, at the end of a service, even if I am a little tired, I am satisfied with everything I have achieved during the day. Gastronomy has the advantage that it can be satisfying every single day if you do it with your heart and hard work.

Di dove sei? Da quanto lavori in questo settore? Hobby?

W. Ciao a tutti, mi chiamo Wilma Pezzedi, sono di Corvara, sposata e mamma di due figlie. Di professione sono Maestra di Sci Alpino presso la Scuola Sci e Snowboard di Corvara, alla quale sono fedele dal 1982, da quando ho iniziato ad insegnare all’età di 18 anni.

Oltre allo sci, sono appassionata della camminata in montagna, e della realizzazione di album fotografici della mia famiglia e amici, tant’è che a casa mia ho una camera apposita, dedicata solamente a questa mia passione.

Perché hai scelto di fare la maestra di sci?

W. Ho scelto di fare la maestra di sci per la grande passione trasmessami da mio papà fin dalla tenera età di quattro anni. Essendo anche lui Maestro di Sci Alpino, ha voluto condividere con me questa sua passione, che col tempo è diventata comune.

Qual è la parte più bella del tuo lavoro?

W. Il mio lavoro è veramente speciale in tutti i sensi. Si è sempre e inevitabilmente a contatto con la natura che io amo e si ha la possibilità di poter lavorare con tanta gente proveniente da diverse parti del mondo, dai più grandi ai più piccini, avendo la possibilità di creare speciali rapporti d’amicizia, facendo passare loro delle giornate indimenticabili, praticando uno sport divertente e godendosi panorami mozzafiato che cambiano ogni giorno.

Quali sono le attrezzature e i preparativi essenziali che raccomanderesti a chiunque voglia iniziare a sciare?

W. A chiunque voglia iniziare a sciare, raccomando sempre di arrivare alla prima lezione di sci muniti di grinta, coraggio e con tanta voglia di imparare e divertirsi facendolo. Non demordete! Tutto è difficile prima di diventare facile! Per la preparazione tecnica, consiglio di riscaldarsi facendo dell’atletica a secco oppure restare in forma praticando altri sport durante tutto l’arco dell’anno, per evitare di stancarsi velocemente e di non poter quindi godersi a pieno l’esperienza.

Anche per quanto riguarda l’attrezzatura, che sia dagli scarponi e gli sci all’abbigliamento, consiglio sempre di fare riferimento a degli esperti del settore, in quanto le necessità variano a seconda del livello di conoscenza dello sport e delle preferenze personali.

W. Hallo zusammen, mein Name ist Wilma Pezzedi, ich komme aus Corvara, bin verheiratet und Mutter von zwei Töchtern. Beruflich bin ich Skilehrerin an der Skischule Corvara, der ich seit 1982 treu bin, seit ich im Alter von 18 Jahren zu unterrichten begann. Neben dem Skifahren bin ich leidenschaftlich gerne in den Bergen unterwegs und erstelle gerne Fotoalben von meiner Familie und Freunden. Tatsächlich habe ich zu Hause ein spezielles Zimmer, das ausschließlich meiner Leidenschaft gewidmet ist.

Warum hast du dich entschieden, Skilehrerin zu werden?

W. Ich habe mich entschieden, Skilehrerin zu werden, aufgrund der großen Leidenschaft, die mein Vater mir bereits im zarten Alter von vier Jahren vermittelt hat. Da er selbst Skilehrer ist, wollte er diese Leidenschaft mit mir teilen, und im Laufe der Zeit wurde sie zu einer gemeinsamen Passion.

Was ist das schönste an deiner Arbeit?

W. Meine Arbeit ist wirklich in jeder Hinsicht besonders. Man ist ständig und unvermeidlich in Kontakt mit der Natur, die ich liebe, und hat die Möglichkeit, mit Menschen aus verschiedenen Teilen der Welt zu arbeiten, von den Ältesten bis zu den Jüngsten. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, besondere Freundschaften aufzubauen und ihnen unvergessliche Tage zu bereiten, indem man einen unterhaltsamen Sport betreibt und atemberaubende Landschaften genießt, die sich täglich verändern.

Welche Ausrüstung und Vorbereitungen würdest du jedem empfehlen, der mit dem Skifahren beginnen möchte?

W. Ich empfehle jedem, der mit dem Skifahren beginnen möchte, bei der ersten Skistunde immer mit Entschlossenheit, Mut und dem festen Willen zu kommen, zu lernen und Spaß dabei zu haben. Gebt nicht gleich auf! Alles ist schwierig, bevor es einfach wird!

Für die technische Vorbereitung empfehle ich, sich aufzuwärmen, sei es durch Trockentraining oder durch das Ausüben anderer Sportarten das ganze Jahr über, um eine schnelle Ermüdung zu vermeiden und das Erlebnis in vollen Zügen genießen zu können. Auch in Bezug auf die Ausrüstung, von den Skischuhen und Skiern bis zur Kleidung, empfehle ich immer, sich an Experten in der Branche zu wenden, da die Bedürfnisse je nach Kenntnisstand des Sports und persönlichen Vorlieben variieren.

W. Hello everyone, my name is Wilma Pezzedi, and I'm from Corvara. I'm married and a mother of two daughters. By profession, I am an Alpine Ski Instructor at the Ski and Snowboard School in Corvara, to which I have been loyal since 1982, when I started teaching at the age of 18.

In addition to skiing, I am passionate about mountain hiking and creating photo albums of my family and friends to the extent that I have a dedicated room at home solely for this passion.

Why did you choose to become a ski instructor?

W. I chose to become a ski instructor because of the great passion instilled in me by my father from the tender age of four. Since he is also an Alpine Ski Instructor, he wanted to share this passion with me, and over time, it became a shared interest between us.

What is the most beautiful part of your job?

W. My job is truly special in every sense. You are always and inevitably in contact with the nature that I love, and you have the opportunity to work with many people from different parts of the world, from the oldest to the youngest. This allows for the creation of special friendships and the chance to give them unforgettable days, practicing a fun sport and enjoying breathtaking views that change every day.

What are the essential equipment and preparations you would recommend to anyone looking to start skiing?

W. To anyone looking to start skiing, I always recommend coming to the first ski lesson with determination, courage, and a strong desire to learn and have fun doing it. Don't give up! Everything is difficult before it becomes easy! For technical preparation, I suggest warming up through dryland athletics or staying in shape by practicing other sports throughout the year to avoid getting tired quickly and not being able to fully enjoy the experience.

Regarding equipment, including boots, skis, and clothing, I always advise seeking guidance from experts in the field, as needs vary depending on the level of familiarity with the sport and personal preferences.

Remember: "Life is like skiing: the goal is not to reach the bottom of the hill but to make good descents before sunset" - Seth Godin.

Sci gratuito per i bambini Il 10 novembre, a Innsbruck, ha preso il via una nuova iniziativa finalizzata a promuovere gli sport invernali nella regione alpina. L’obiettivo della campagna interregionale per il prossimo triennio è l’insegnamento gratuito a 50.000 bambini delle tecniche di sci e snowboard. Mike Partel di Mountain-Management Consulting, un veterano nel settore, è il promotore del programma che, nel 2023/24, partirà a Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis e Leogang in Austria, Aletsch Arena e Grindelwald in Svizzera e Alta Badia e Madonna di Campiglio in Italia.

Bringt Kinder kostenfrei auf die Ski In Innsbruck wurde am 10. November der Startschuss für eine neue Initiative zur Wintersportförderung im Alpenraum gegeben. Ziel der destinationsübergreifenden Kampagne ist es, in den nächsten drei Jahren 50.000 Kindern gratis das Skifahren oder Snowboarden beizubringen.

Initiator des Programms ist Branchen-Urgestein Mike Partel von MountainManagement Consulting. In 2023/24 starten Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis und Leogang in Österreich, die Aletsch Arena und Grindelwald in der Schweiz sowie Alta Badia und Madonna di Campiglio in Italien.

Da questa stagione sciistica, queste prime sei località apriranno le loro piste a 200 piccoli sciatori dai 3 ai 5 anni. Il pacchetto completo comprende 5 lezioni di mezza giornata, attrezzature a noleggio, biglietti per gli impianti di risalita e persino l’alloggio per i bambini (accompagnati da un adulto).

Il programma è stato ideato per affiancare i genitori che desiderano avvicinare i loro piccoli allo sci. “Fare esercizio all’aria aperta, vivere la natura divertendosi insieme ad altri coetanei e alla famiglia: sono argomenti validi per consentire ai bambini di muovere i primi passi sugli sci e immergersi nelle meraviglie invernali delle Alpi”, ha affermato Stefan Mangott, co-promotore e amministratore delegato di Seilbahn Komperdell GmbH a Serfaus.

Free skiing for children In Innsbruck, this past 10 November marked the beginning of an all-new vision of winter sports training in the Alps. The goal of the cross-destination campaign is to teach 50,000 children to ski or snowboard free of charge over the next three years. Initiated by industry veteran Mike Partel from Mountain-Management Consulting, the scheme will begin in the 2023/24 season in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis and Leogang in Austria, the Aletsch Arena and Grindelwald in Switzerland, and Alta Badia and Madonna di Campiglio in Italy.

In this ski season the first six ski resorts will be rolling out the white carpet for 200 young skiers between the ages of three and five. The comprehensive package includes 5 days of half-day ski courses, equipment rental, ski lift tickets and even accommodation for the participating child (with an accompanying adult). The scheme is backed by the tourism associations, local ski schools mountain ski lifts, rental stations and accommodation providers, together with the generous support of Leitner, Doppelmayr, Pistenbully, TechnoAlpin, Sitour, Skidata, Sunkid as sponsors of the winter sports sector.

This project was designed to help parents encourage an interest in skiing in their children at a young age. “Exercising in the fresh air, experiencing nature and have fun outdoors together with other children. These are good reasons to make skiing accessible to children, and to encourage them to immerse themselves in the winter wonderland that is the Alps,” says Stefan Mangott, co-founder and managing director at cable car company Seilbahn Komperdell GmbH in Serfaus.

Die Initiative fußt auf dem Verständnis, dass die „Promotoren“ für den Wintersport in erster Linie die Eltern und Großeltern sind. Dass sie die Begeisterung für den Sport frühzeitig weitergeben können und dafür unterstützt werden sollten.“

L'energia della neve si concentra nei Parchi Movimënt, nel cuore dei 130 km di piste dell'Alta Badia. Un paradiso per gli amanti dello sci e dello snowboard, circondato dalle maestose Dolomiti, patrimonio dell'umanità UNESCO. Snowpark, Funslope, Funcross e Kidslope: quattro assi del divertimento dove sperimentare l'emozione dello sci in ogni sua sfumatura. Lo Snowpark sulla pista Ciampai, con i suoi 47 elementi e sei linee, è il punto di incontro per principianti ed esperti, amanti del freestyle e delle acrobazie con sci e snowboard ai piedi.

Funslope e Funcross: si snodano al centro del comprensorio sciistico, tra i pendii delle piste Biok/La Para, con paraboliche divertenti, morbide mani giganti da dare il cinque e tunnel di neve. 900 metri di puro piacere circondati da un panorama unico.

Azione e divertimento tra tre, due, uno! Nella Funslope Biok, sciatori e snowboarder troveranno la loro felicità, poiché qui troveranno un'alternativa unica alle normali piste. Si inizia con un salto sulla prima piccola rampa, prima che l’adrenalina vi porti direttamente nella modalità Funslope. Con carica energetica, scivolerete attraverso impressionanti tunnel di neve e anelli giganti, seguiti da curve e onde di neve da cavalcare.

Los geht es mit einem Sprung über die erste keine Schanze, bevor euch der Speedboost direkt nach dem Start in den einzigartigen Funslope-Modus bringt – Adrenalin ist hier vorprogrammiert! Energiegeladen saust ihr weiter durch imposante Schneetunnel und Riesen-Ringe, gefolgt von sportlichen Steilkurven und schwungvollen Schneewellen.

Und auch auf den weiteren Metern wird es sicher nicht langweilig. Nehmt noch einmal Fahrt auf und schon geht es durch die Schneeschnecke. Zeigt was ihr könnt, wenn ihr über die Box gleitet und jubelt einmal richtig mit, wenn ihr den Slopy Sound hört! Die Doppelwellenbahn bringt euch danach langsam auf die Zielgerade. Macht euch bereit für den Endspurt und fahrt weiter durch die rasanten Steilkurven! Doch Vorsicht, am Ende der Funslope wird geblitzt. Ein Slope-Cop überwacht das Fun-Level und schaut, dass eure Geschwindigkeit stimmt. Aber keine Panik, anstelle von Strafzetteln verteilt dieser lustige Funslope-Bewohner lieber freche Sprüche an alle Besucher.

Sobald ihr den Slope-Cop hinter euch gelassen habt, geht es zurück zum Sessellift Biok, der euch schnell und komfortabel zurück zum Start bringt.

Eine kurze Verschnaufpause und los geht die nächste großartige Runde durch die Funslope Biok in Alta Badia!

It starts with a jump over the first small ramp before the speed boost takes you directly into the unique Funslope mode – adrenaline is guaranteed! Full of energy, you'll continue to race through impressive snow tunnels and giant rings, followed by athletic steep curves and lively snow waves.

And even in the following meters, it certainly won't be boring. Pick up speed once again, and you'll go through the snow snail. Show what you can do as you glide over the box and cheer loudly when you hear the Slopy Sound! The double wave track then slowly brings you to the finish line. But beware, at the end of the Funslope, you'll be caught on camera. A SlopeCop monitors the fun level and ensures that your speed is right. But don't panic, instead of issuing fines, this amusing Funslope resident prefers to share cheeky remarks with all visitors.

Once you've left the Slope-Cop behind, head back to the Biok chairlift, which will quickly and comfortably take you back to the starting point.

A diverse ski day, which will also leave lasting memories for the little guests, is now a reality in Alta Badia!

Eccolo Peter, curioso come solo i bambini di 10 anni sanno esserlo, rovistare tra le cianfrusaglie nel garage della nonna. Una bicicletta bucata, qualche libro impolverato, una macchina da scrivere del dopoguerra, una tovaglia morsicata dai topi. “Insomma non c’è proprio niente di interessante tra questo disordine!” pensa tra sè e sè il nostro piccolo esploratore, ed è proprio in quell’istante che la vede lì, sotto una coperta rosso rubino. Le lamine dorate, un telaio giallo acceso (il suo colore preferito), è lei, è la slitta dei suoi sogni. Un bolide in ferro e legno nascosto sicuramente dal fratello più grande per evitare che Peter la prendesse.

Di corsa a casa, tuta da sci, guanti, occhiali, scarponcini e subito al Piz Sorega, al Tru Liösa Foram.

La pista da slittino Foram, in ladino “Tru Liösa Foram” si trova a monte dell’ovovia Piz Sorega, a San Cassiano.

La lunghezza complessiva della pista è di 3,5 km. Lungo il tracciato si trovano delle protezioni in legno per garantire la sicurezza della pista. Le pendenze variano dal 10% al 15% massimo e il tracciato ha un dislivello totale di 460 metri. Alla stazione a monte della cabinovia del Piz Sorega a San Cassiano, il Park Movimënt è un luogo dedicato a tante attività per scoprire e imparare cose divertenti ed interessanti sulla natura.

Ein Fahrrad mit einer Reifenpanne, einige verstaubte Bücher, eine Schreibmaschine aus der Nachkriegszeit, eine von Mäusen zerbissene Tischdecke. „Überhaupt nichts Interessantes in diesem Durcheinander“, denkt der kleine Forscher bei sich, und genau in diesem Moment sieht er ihn unter einer rubinroten Decke. Vergoldete Kufen, ein leuchtend gelbes Fahrgestell, da ist er, sein Traumschlitten. Ein Bolide aus Eisen und Holz, den der ältere Bruder bestimmt versteckt hatte, damit er ihn nicht findet.

In Sekundenschnelle ist Peter zu Hause, zieht sich Skianzug, Handschuhe und Schneestiefel an und flitzt zum Piz Sorega auf die Tru Liösa Foram, die Schlittenpiste in St. Kassian.

Die Rodelpiste Foram, auf Ladinisch „Tru Liösa Foram”, liegt über der Kabinenbahn Piz Sorega, in St. Kassian.

Die Piste ist insgesamt 3,5 Km lang. Für die Sicherheit der Piste sorgen Rückhaltesysteme aus Holz. Das Gefälle der Piste variiert zwischen 10% und 15% und der Höhenunterschied beträgt insgesamt 460 m. Über der Station der Anlage Piz Sorega bei St. Kassian, befindet sich der Park Movimënt. Hier gibt es für Groß und Klein jede Menge über die Natur zu entdecken.

He runs home, puts on his ski suit, gloves, goggles, boots and races to Piz Sorega, to the Tru Liösa Foram.

The Foram sled run, “Tru Liösa Foram” in Ladin, is located at the top of the Piz Sorega cable car in San Cassiano.

The total length of the track is 3.5 km. There are wooden safeguards along the route to ensure the track is safe. The inclines vary from 10% to 15% maximum and the track has a total difference in altitude of 460 meters. At the top station of the Piz Sorega cable car in San Cassiano, the Movimënt Park is a place dedicated to lots of activities for discovering and learning fun and interesting things about nature.

PRIMA DELLO SCI: 1. Urdhva Baddhangugliasana in Tadasana - La posizione della montagna con le mani incrociate e le braccia allungate al disopra della testa.

Porsi in posizione Tadasana (Stare diritti con i piedi alla larghezza del bacino), allungare le braccia in avanti, incrociare le dita delle mani, ruotare i palmi delle mani in avanti e allungare le braccia con i gomiti distesi al disopra della testa. Mantenere la posizione per 30-40 secondi, tornare al centro, cambiare l’incrocio delle mani, calando di un dito, e ripetere.

Inspirare per allungare la parte anteriore del tronco in su, espirare per allontanare le spalle dalle orecchie.

• Rimanere nella posizione per 20-30 secondi respirando normalmente, poi tornate al centro ed eseguire la posizione verso sinistra.

Note: In tutte le posizioni, la respirazione dovrebbe essere eseguita soltanto col naso e non con la bocca e non si trattiene il respiro.

• Riportare la gamba destra in alto e cambiare lato.

After closing time, a fantastic adventure between the silence of the slopes, in direct contact with nocturnal nature. An experience to spend alone or in the company of your loved one, while the snowcats show you all the secrets of this imposing and elegant machine that caresses the snow.

Ogni giovedì, dal 15 febbraio al 14 marzo, i partecipanti al Bun de Gran Risa potranno allacciare gli sci già alle ore 7.00, prima dell’apertura ufficiale degli impianti di risalita, prevista per le ore 8.30. L’impianto Piz La Ila, apre i battenti già all’alba per dare la possibilità ai fortunati sciatori, di vedere sorgere il sole a 2000m e di sciare sulla pista Gran Risa, perfettamente preparata nella notte dai numerosi gatti delle nevi.

Il gruppo, di massimo 15 persone, verrà accompagnato da due maestri di sci della Scuola Sci & Snowboard La Villa. Si inizierà la giornata con un leggero riscaldamento e un giro di ricognizione sulla pista Gran Risa, dove dal 1985 si svolgono durante l’ultimo fine settimana prima di Natale, le gare maschili, valide per la Coppa del Mondo di Sci Alpino. Oltre a dare consigli su come sciare, i maestri di sci spiegheranno come viene preparata e barrata la pista di gara durante i week end di Coppa del Mondo.

Durante la seconda discesa i partecipanti impareranno invece come si effettua la partenza perfetta dal cancelletto di partenza, oltre ad avere la possibilità di fare un breve slalom tra i pali sull’ultimo tratto della pista e portare a casa il diploma e le fotografie di questa esclusiva esperienza.

Jeden Donnerstag vom 15. Februar bis 14. März können die Teilnehmer am Bun de Gran Risa ihre Skier schon um 7.00 Uhr, also vor der um 8.30 Uhr erfolgenden offiziellen Öffnung der Lifte anschnallen. Der Lift Piz La IIa wird bereits im Morgengrauen geöffnet, um den glücklichen Skifahrern die Möglichkeit zu geben, den Sonnenaufgang auf 2000 Meter Höhe zu erleben und die Gran Risa zu befahren, die in der Nacht von den zahlreichen Pistenraupen perfekt präpariert wurde.

Die Gruppe von maximal 15 Personen wird von zwei Skilehrern der Ski & Snowboardschule La Villa begleitet. Der Tag beginnt mit einem leichten Aufwärmen und einer Erkundungsfahrt auf der Gran Risa, wo seit 1985 am letzten Wochenende vor Weihnachten die Herrenrennen für den Alpinen Skiweltcup ausgetragen werden. Die Skilehrer geben Tipps zum Skifahreen und erklären, wie die Rennstrecke an den Weltcup-Wochenenden präpariert und abgesperrt wird. Bei der zweiten Abfahrt lernen die Teilnehmer, wie der perfekte Start aus dem Startgate erfolgt. Außerdem haben sie die Möglichkeit, auf dem letzten Pistenabschnitt einen kurzen Slalom zu fahren und das Diplom und die Fotos dieses exklusiven Erlebnisses mit nach Hause zu nehmen.

Every Thursday, from 15 February to 14 March, participants in the Bun de Gran Risa will be able to fasten their skis as early as 7.00 am, before the official opening of the ski lifts, scheduled for 8.30 am. The Piz La Ila facility opens its doors at dawn to give lucky skiers the chance to see the sun rise at 2000m and to ski on the Gran Risa slope, perfectly prepared the night before by the numerous snowcats.

The group maximum 15 people will be accompanied by two ski instructors from the La Villa Ski & Snowboard School. The day will start with a light warm-up and a reconnaissance tour of the Gran Risa track, where the men's races, valid for the Alpine Skiing World Cup, have been held on the last weekend before Christmas since 1985. In addition to giving advice on how to ski, instructors will explain how the racetrack is prepared and how the barriers are set up on World Cup weekends. During the second descent, the participants will learn how to make the perfect start from the starting gate, as well as have the opportunity to take a short slalom between the poles on the last stretch of the track and, finally, take home the diploma and photographs of this exclusive experience.

La cabinovia Piz Sorega sarà in funzione dalle 19.30 alle 22.30 per salire comodamente in cabinovia. Es handelt sich um eine absolute Premiere auf dieser wunderschönen Strecke, die sich durch Wälder und schlitten- und rodeltaugliche Hänge schlängelt. Für Erwachsene eine ausgesprochen romantische Gelegenheit, die Rodelbahn mit ihrer Familie kennen zu lernen. Für die Kinder eine besondere und magische Nacht, in der Träume wahr werden können. Alle aufsteigen und sich begeistern lassen von dieser einzigartigen Route, umgeben von der Natur in ihrer geheimnisvollen nächtlichen Pracht, beleuchtet von tausenden glitzernden Sternen und vom Mond. Die Kabinenbahn Piz Sorega ist von 19.30 bis 22.30 in Betrieb und ermöglicht eine bequeme Auffahrt. An der Kasse im Tal können Einzelfahrten oder eine Karte für 6 oder 10 Fahrten gekauft werden. Wer keinen Schlitten hat, kann sich direkt im Tal bei den örtlichen Verleihern einen ausleihen.

Gli sciatori potranno spostarsi sugli sci in un viaggio itinerante da una baita all’altra, dove avranno la possibilità di degustare le creazioni gourmet degli chef italiani Massimiliano Alajmo, Andrea Berton e Simone Cantafio e dello chef sloveno, conosciuto a livello internazionale, Tomaž Kavčič. Questi porteranno la cucina stellata a 2000m nel cuore delle Dolomiti altoatesine e delizieranno gli sciatori presso alcune baite, presentando i loro piatti, che, grazie ai prodotti utilizzati, elogiano le eccellenze gastronomiche locali. Per la realizzazione dei piatti, gli chef si ispirano, infatti, ai migliori prodotti del territorio, basandosi sulla propria filosofia in cucina, adattata, per l’occasione, ad un ambiente di montagna.

Diese bringen die Sterneküche auf 2000 m im Herzen der Südtiroler Dolomiten und werden die Skifahrer auf mehreren Berghütten mit ihren Gerichten, die dank der verwendeten Produkte die einheimische Spitzengastronomie preisen, erfreuen. Für die Kreation der Gerichte haben sich die Küchenchefs von den besten lokalen Produkten inspirieren lassen und auf ihrer eigenen Küchenphilosophie basiert, die sie für diesen Anlass an die Bergwelt angepasst haben.

Es werden wahre Kunstwerke präsentiert, nicht nur für den Gaumen, sondern auch für das Auge.

I vari piatti proposti, sono stati creati con il supporto della nutrizionista Elena Casiraghi e contengono gli ingredienti fondamentali per una colazione corretta, certificando l’apporto calorico e nutrizionale ideale di ogni tappa del percorso di colazione da un rifugio all’altro.

These chefs will be treating skiers to their delicious dishes, using top-quality products to praise local cuisine. In fact, the chefs will be using the best Italian products as inspiration for their dishes. For the creation of the dishes, the chefs were moreover inspired not only by the products but also by their own philosophy in the kitchen, adapted for the occasion to a mountain environment. Real works of art will be on offer, not only for the taste buds but also for the eyes. There will also be the opportunity to get to know the chefs in person and to learn the story behind their dish. Each hut will be paired with a specific breakfast item, such as milk, cereal, eggs or fruits. The various dishes on offer have been created with the support of the nutritionist Elena Casiraghi and they contain the essential ingredients for a perfect breakfast, guaranteeing the right number of calories and nutrition for each leg of the breakfast route from one mountain hut to another.

WINE SKISAFARI: A WINE TASTING 2,000 METRES ABOVE SEA LEVEL On Sunday 24th March 2024, Alta Badia will be bringing South Tyrol’s finest wines to the mountains for an exclusive tasting session, set to take place from 10am until 3.30pm in the Piz Arlara, Ütia de Bioch, I Tablá and Pralongiá mountain huts.

The aim of the initiative is to round off the winter season in style, dedicated to excellent food and wine. The tickets that include the tasting of all the wines can be purchased at the participant mountain huts at a price of €35.00. The event is organised by Alta Badia Brand, together with IDM (Innovation Development Marketing), and with the support of the South Tyrol Wine Consortium.

Il concetto dell’iniziativa rimane invariato: otto chef stellati saranno abbinati ognuno ad un rifugio sulle piste dell’Alta Badia, per il quale creeranno una ricetta che verrà proposta agli sciatori durante tutta la stagione invernale.

Gli otto chef stellati, provenienti da Italia e Slovenia, metteranno in mostra la loro creatività e maestria culinaria, creando piatti raffinati e innovativi che riducono gli sprechi e promuovono la sostenibilità.

Tuttavia, Sciare con Gusto non è solo un'esperienza culinaria straordinaria; è anche un gesto di solidarietà. Una parte del ricavato dalla vendita di questi piatti sarà devoluta all'associazione "La miglior vita possibile", un'organizzazione impegnata nel sostegno delle cure palliative pediatriche.

Questo atto di generosità mira a finanziare la realizzazione del nuovo Centro di Riferimento del Nordest per le Cure Palliative e Terapia del Dolore Pediatriche nella Regione Veneto. Dies und viel mehr ist die lang erwartete vierzehnte Ausgabe von Skifahren mit Genuss, die der Spontaneität gewidmet ist. Spontaneität hat etwas mit Intuition und Unmittelbarkeit zu tun, sie ist eine Bewegung kreativer Energie, die im positiven Sinne ansteckend sein kann. Spontaneität wird also die acht Köche inspirieren, die die vierzehnte Ausgabe von Skifahren mit Genuss, dem gastronomischen Event, das Jahr für Jahr die Wintersaison in Alta Badia zum Gourmet werden lässt, mit Leben füllen werden. Die angebotenen Gerichte sind eine Hymne an die Einfachheit und nicht an die Überflüssigkeit, in perfekter Harmonie mit der alpinen Landschaft, die uns umgibt. Nicht nur genuss, aber auch ein starkes und konkretes Zeichen der Solidarität. Dies ist das Ziel auch der Ausgabe 2023/2024 von Skifahren mit Genuss, einer Initiative, die sich dieses Jahr an weniger glückliche Kinder richtet, die vom Kinderhospiz von Padua und der Region Venetien unterstützt werden, die an unheilbaren oder behindernden Krankheiten leiden. It will therefore be spontaneity that will inspire the eight chefs who will give life to the fourteenth edition of A taste for skiing, the gastronomic event that year after year makes Alta Badia's winter season gourmet. The dishes on offer will be a hymn to sobriety rather than redundancy, in perfect harmony with the Alpine environment that surrounds Alta Badia. And between great chefs who will create their dishes, starting from these concepts, and an idea of hospitality that is always new and stimulating, A taste for skiing wants to be a meeting point in the name of good, beautiful and togetherness.

Close to the lake with the waterfall - adored by children - and the Kneipp route, a second lake of the same size will be created, dedicated to relaxation, reading, acquiring a perfect tan and resting between one activity and another.

Il parco Movimënt del Piz Sorega si trova a monte dell’omonima cabinovia, che parte dal paese di San Cassiano.

Al suo interno ci sono tante strutture e attività, dove scoprire e imparare giocando. Una vera e propria caverna darà il benvenuto ai più curiosi, mentre un particolarissimo minigolf farà impegnare al massimo, sia gli adulti che i bambini, a mettere la palla in buca. Non mancano scivoli, liane, giochi d’acqua e una zona dedicata agli amanti del fitness con 4 attrezzi dove allenare addominali, bicipiti quadricipiti e trovare la forma fisica ideale.

La dog area farà divertire gli amici a quattro zampe, con una piccola piscina dedicata solo a loro.

Ogni martedì, giovedì e domenica il Piz Sorega ospita la “Kids Hour”, alcune ore di svago dedicate solo ai bambini.

BIKE BEATS TRAILS

IT Una delle principali motivazioni per visitare Movimënt riguarda le mountain bike

e le e-bike, regine dell’altopiano grazie ai percorsi dedicati e disegnati solo per le due ruote. Per chi vuole divertimento assicurato, con famiglia e amici, ci sono i bike trails Bike Beats: si tratta di discese “flow”, scorrevoli, meno impegnative tecnicamente di un downhill. Si parte dalla cima del Piz Sorega accanto all’arrivo della cabinovia.

A sinistra il più tecnico e difficile Trail Cör (cuore), una serpentina emozionante e adrenalinica, mentre a destra ci si lancia lungo il Trail Ödli (occhi in ladino), facile e panoramico, adatto anche ai meno esperti. Dalla loro unione a metà pendio nasce il Trail Avëna (vene), di media difficoltà che scende fino al fondovalle nel paese di San Cassiano. Sempre a Piz Sorega parte il Trail Mans (mani), che prosegue tra curve e paraboliche sino alla seggiovia La Fraina posizionata tra Piz Sorega e Piz La Ila. Due FotoTrap sono pronte ad immortalare il passaggio di tutti i bikers, che a valle della cabinovia Piz Sorega potranno scaricare le loro immagini e acrobazie preferite.

Prima di godersi le discese sui trails, si consiglia qualche giro preparatorio sul circuito di pumptrack a monte del Piz Sorega, che può essere percorso con mountain bike, e-bike e perfino con pattini e skate.

Fle trail. Scende dal Pralongià l’ultimo - per ora - dei Bike Beats: un tracciato che si sviluppa nei prati aperti scendendo dal Pralongià. Fle - in ladino, la parola che descrive il respiro profondo - è di difficoltà medio-semplice, lungo ca. 3,5 chilometri con dislivello pari a 300 metri, offre lunghe passerelle in legno e una vista mozzafiato verso la splendida Marmolada e il gruppo del Sella, fino alla stazione a valle della seggiovia Pralongià, oppure si può proseguire in direzione Campolongo.

Wer mit Familie und Freunden Spaß haben will, kann sich auf die Bike Beats begeben: das sind fließende Abfahrten, die technisch weniger anspruchsvoll sind als ein Downhill. Sie beginnen auf dem Gipfel des Piz Sorega neben der Ankunftsstelle der Seilbahn. Auf der linken Seite befindet sich der technischere und schwierigere Trail Cör (Herz), eine aufregende und adrenalinfördernde Serpentine, während auf der rechten Seite der einfache und landschaftlich reizvolle Trail Ödli (Augen auf Ladinisch) liegt, der auch für weniger Geübte geeignet ist. Von ihrem Zusammenschluss auf halber Höhe des Hangs führt der mittelschwere Weg Avëna (Adern) hinunter zur Talsohle im Dorf San Cassiano.

Ebenfalls am Piz Sorega beginnt der Trail Mans (Hände), der über Kurven und Parabeln zum Sessellift La Fraina zwischen Piz Sorega und Piz La Ila führt. Zwei FotoTrap sind bereit, die Passage aller Biker zu verewigen, die stromabwärts von der Piz Sorega Seilbahn in der Lage sein werden, ihre Lieblingsbilder und Stunts herunterzuladen. Bevor man die Abfahrten auf den Trails genießt, empfiehlt es sich, ein paar Vorbereitungsrunden auf der Pumptrack-Strecke oberhalb des Piz Sorega zu drehen, die mit Mountainbikes, E-Bikes und sogar mit Skates und Schlittschuhen befahren werden kann.

Fle trail. Der vorerst letzte der Bike Beats kommt von Pralongià herunter. Eine Strecke, die durch die offenen Wiesen von Pralongià hinunter führt. Fle - das ladinische Wort für tiefes Durchatmen - ist mittelschwer, ca. 3,5 Kilometer lang mit einem Höhenunterschied von 300 Metern und bietet lange Holzstege und einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die schöne Marmolada und die Sellagruppe, bis hinunter zur Talstation des Pralongià-Sessellifts, oder man kann weiter in Richtung Campolongo fahren.

One of the main motivations for visiting Movimënt concerns mountain bikes and e-bikes, protagonists of the plateau thanks to trails dedicated and designed just for two wheels. For those after guaranteed fun, with family and friends, there are the Bike Beats bike trails: these are smooth “flow trails”, which are less technically challenging than conventional downhills. You begin at the summit of Piz Sorega next to the cable car arrival station. To the left, the most technical and difficult Cör (heart) Trail, an exciting, adrenalin-filled winding route, while to the right, you launch yourself on the Ödli (“eyes” in Ladin) Trail, easy and panoramic, suitable for the less expert as well. From their joining halfway down the slope, the medium-difficulty Avëna (veins) Trail starts, descending to the valley floor in the town of San Cassiano. Again at Piz Sorega, the Mans (hands) Trail takes off, which continues along curves and berms until the La Fraina chairlift located between Piz Sorega and Piz La Ila. Two camera traps are ready to immortalise the crossing of all bikers, who can download their images and preferred acrobatics downstream of the Piz Sorega cable car. Before enjoying the downhill along the trails, we suggest a couple of preparatory goes on the pumptrack circuit, upstream of Piz Sorega, which can be traversed with mountain bikes, e-bikes, and even skates.

Fle trail. Descend from Pralongià: the last - for now - of the Bike Beats. A trail that extends in the open fields, descending from Pralongià. Fle - in Ladin, the word describes a deep breath - is medium-easy in difficulty, along approximately 3,5 kilometres with an altitude difference of 300 metres, and offers long wooden bridges with breath-taking views towards the amazing Marmolada and the Sella group, until the station at the bottom of the Pralongià chairlift, or you can continue in the Campolongo direction.
