NEW!

These group exercise classes are included in your annual WREC pass. All sessions are for ages 16+ or 12+ if accompanied by an adult. There will be no classes on days that the WREC is not open. Please visit www.wentzvillemo.gov/fitness for more information and current class schedules.

CARDIO AND CORE* Ages: 16+

This class focuses on cardiovascular exercise that may include aerobics, HIIT or tabata, combined with various core-strengthening exercises.

FIT AND STRONG FOR SENIORS Ages: 16+

This class is designed to improve range of motion, help maintain bone density, flexibility and increase muscular strength.

PUMP Ages: 16+

Get your cardio and strength workout all in one with this class that uses strength intervals mixed with short bursts of cardio to build muscular strength and endurance.

SPRINT CYCLE Ages: 16+

A 30-minute high intensity interval training class that uses short bursts of energy to push your limits, increase your heart rate and burn more calories, propelling you toward your fitness goals.

ZUMBA®* Ages: 12+

Come get a great workout! With heart-pounding Latin rhythms and easy-tofollow moves, you'll forget you are exercising and think you are at a dance party. Music selections are fast and slow to help tone and sculpt the body.

YOGA OPEN LEVELS Ages: 12+

Yoga incorporates a variety of postures to cultivate balance, flexibility and strength, while using flowing movements coordinated with your breath to create continuity between postures and to promote overall wellness. This open levels class provides modifications and variations to make it appropriate for any level.

YOUTH BOOT CAMP* Ages: 15 and Under

This class provides a great workout while teaching kids how to stay active and healthy! The class is geared around fun intervals with various equipment which may include kids cycling bikes. For children younger than 7 years old, parents must remain in the class.

YOUTH STRETCHING* Ages: 15 and Under

Children stretch and strengthen their bodies through yoga postures and motor activities, build social skills and learn basic breathing techniques. *These classes will be offered starting in January. PERSONAL TRAINING

Ages: 12+*

You get so much more than a great workout when training with a Personal Trainer. You get personalized attention to your fitness goals with a customized training plan, guidance on proper form and technique, support, answers to fitness questions and a motivating coach. Each session will take into consideration where you are at on the day of training, whether that is scaling back or ramping up. INBODY ASSESSMENT

Ages 12+*

The 30-minute InBody test provides a quick and accurate body composition analysis that provides a detailed breakdown of your weight in terms of muscle, fat and water. You will receive a printout and explanation of your results. Appointments are required and will be with a Certified Personal Trainer. Price is $25 for both resident and nonresident.
