EDITOR Taylor Welch, 9th, is the Assitant Editor. She loves swimming, playing Basketball, and baking. She has been swimming with the Fosters Mill Kingspoint Waves for 12 years. She is currently placed 3 for the 100 IM in her division. She dosen’t know what College she wants to go to but she wants to major in Hospitality and Tourism.

EDITOR April Depping, 9th, loves photography and playing the flute. She made first chair Symphonic band, and will be playing in the Houston Youth Wind Symphony. She is a member of National Charity League and her favorite philanthropy is Village Learning Center. She plans to attend Texas Tech University and major in arichtectual design, with a minor in Music.

BASKETBALL Basketball runs a scrimmage against themselves. They do this almost every day to practice for games.

Freshman Chase Lovins says “I love to play basketball for Kingwood High School, It is so much more fun than middle school.�

Freshmen basketball battled this year and did well. They are looking forward to next year.


The boys practice in the off season to prepare for the upcoming 2014-2015 season. They have high hopes.

Coach Rodriguez says “I am very proud of the boys and how well they’ve done this year. They have definitely developed into high school athletes.”

After a defeat Ryan Mullen likes to look at footage to see how he can improve as a player.

Mrs. Herr enjoys teaching Principles of Buisiness and Marketing. she says “we hope to get a grant from the school to purchase new computers�.

The students of Mrs. Herrs class work on designing a building for their business that they hope to own one day.

Gymnastics had an amazing season making it all the way to state.

GYMNASTICS

This is the training facility of the gymasts. They practice every morning during first period. The gymnastic coach says “I am very proud of my gymnasts for their hard work and dedication�.


Soccer practices in the off season get ready for next year they had a very successful season this year.

Freshman Noah Brinsden says “I’ve been playing soccer since I was three, looking forwar to the day I could finally wear a Kingwood Soccer Jersey”

SWIMMING Girls swimming had an extremly sucessful season this year bringing home the District championship!

EDITOR Kayleigh Hassel, Head Editor, loves photography and riding horses. She is first on the state in her division. She has a brother and a sister that constanly annoy her, but she loves them. Shes active in National Charity League, her favorite philanthropy is Village Learning Center, she says it feels like the most like volunteering. She hope to go to Vanderbilt and major in Health Science.
