MAIN INGREDIENTS Icing sugar For the dough Flour (whatever it needs / can take) Half a glass of white wine Half a glass of olive oil or vegetable oil For the stuffing 300 grammes of hazelnuts 100 g of walnuts 200 g of sugar

a small shot of anisette ( 10 ml) a small shot of hazelnut liqueur

Dish: Dessert Time: more than two hours Difficulty: intermediate Price: low Serves four For the dough: In a bowl, mix the white wine, the milk and the oil, and add the flour bit by bit. Mix in the egg and a pinch of salt, stirring well. Keep on adding the flour, making the dough as soft as possible. Cover with a cloth and allow it to settle in the fridge for one and a half hours minimum. For the stuffing: Grind the hazelnuts and walnuts and mix them with the sugar, the anisette and the hazelnut liqueur. Roll out the dough and cut it into rectangles of 10 by 20 centimetres. Add some of the stuffing and seal the edges well. Fry until the pieces are nice and golden. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
