Although rosters will not be checked, and pick-up players are allowed, all team members must sign below for their waiver. You can turn in registration with fee without signatures, but signatures will be needed before first game of tournament. Thank you!

Participants: Each team will pay $150.00 entry fee which includes administration costs. All other proceeds will go to Columbus Area Trails Plan. Signature above acts as waiver of all responsibility from harm or injury to participant during tournament weekend on July 13th & 14, 2013 at Granite Peak Softball Fields, Columbus, MT.
