Live Auction and Fund a Need

UFund a NeedT

Fund For Financial Aid Our core values at Marin Primary & Middle School are rooted in the importance of developing character through courage, inspiring curiosity, and fostering a connected community. The MP&MS learning journey amplifies each child’s inherent strengths, helping them to build the intellectual skills, social awareness, and emotional courage that will serve them throughout their lives. As we work to prepare our students for success in school and in life, we strive to model the spectrum of socio-economic diversity beyond our campus. In keeping with the school’s mission and values, gifts to this fund are the foundation of permanently restricted dollars for tuition assistance. Our commitment to a vibrantly diverse student body is at the center of this initiative, paving the way for greater access to students with financial need now and into the future. The Fund a Need, celebrated tonight with the paddle raise, allows us to dream big. Not only will it enrich our school community, but it will demonstrate our commitment to diversity, inclusion, equity, and justice. We are proud to be renewing our commitment to share our outstanding school with students who could not otherwise afford to attend. Every year, all proceeds generated from the Fund a Need at our auction go to this fund. We hope that you and other families will choose to raise your paddle to help. Your donated dollars are 100% tax deductible as charitable gifts.

Please join us by raising your paddle!

Tequila Sunrise Discover the mystical qualities of traditional premium Clase Azule tequilas with a curated selection of their best offerings! Donated By: The Hansen Family Estimated Value: $5800 Clase Azul Tequila Día de Muertos Limited Edition Sabores is the first of five installments of a Día de Muertos series. This extraordinary tequila was created by blending an añejo tequila aged for more than 14 months in casks previously used for American whiskey with tequilas aged in first-use American oak casks having light and medium charring. Clase Azul Gold features a delicate combination of Clase Azul Plata with a subtle touch of Clase Azul Reposado matured in French oak casks and an eight-year-old Extra Añejo aged in ex bourbon casks and finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. Clase Azul Mezcal Durango is made from Cenizo Agave, an agave varietal that grows wild in the state of Durango in Northern Mexico. The distillation process faithfully follows artisanal methods to create a unique profile and pays tribute to the ancient mezcal tradition with a distinctive and smoky character with complex flavor notes. Clase Azul Mezcal Guerrero has a majestic flavor from a very rare variety of agave: the papalote agave. This plant grows wild in the Mountain Range of the State of Guerrero, where the notes combine the sea’s climate and flavor with the green forests’ freshness. Clase Azul Ultra is an ultra-premium, extra anejo tequila and the brand’s crown jewel. Produced in limited quantities it has become a collector and aficionado favorite! Its decanter includes 3 precious metals: pure platinum, sterling silver and 24-carat gold. Ultra offers aromas of wood, fruit, sherry, caramel and vanilla. On the palate, it is smooth, flavorful and elegant with hints of sweet oak.

Just back from her GeoEx trip to Peru, Kymberley E. shared her favorite moment: “Having my 14-year-old daughter wake up grumpily at 5:00 a.m. to see sunrise at Machu Picchu, and then tell me, as we hiked and looked back at Machu Picchu peeking out of the mist, how awesome the experience was.” These are the moments—of connection, of awe, of happiness—we yearn for when we travel with our loved ones. And we designed our Peru Family Journey with cultural wonders, outdoor fun, and interactive activities so that you’ll have plenty. Galápagos Adventure Aboard La Pinta: If you’re like most of us you’ve probably been reading about the Galápagos, gazing at amazing pictures of the islands, and dreaming of visiting them since you were a wide-eyed kid. But no matter how much you read or hear about the islands, you’re in for some thrilling surprises. Begin your adventure with a quick night in Ecuador’s coastal city, Guayaquil. The next morning, fly direct to the Galápagos to board a beautiful yacht. For five days, you’ll wind your way in and around the archipelago enjoying activities like snorkeling, swimming, kayaking, and taking guided island walks. Experience the marvelous mix of landscapes, from cloud-forested mountains to nearly flat, beachy outposts. And you meet the wild and wildly different residents - guileless iguanas, playful sea lions, blue-footed boobies, iridescent Sally lightfoot crabs, and plenty more - completely at ease in your presence. With you all the while are your naturalist guides, not just charming and passionate, but also rigorously trained and deeply experienced. After your sea-faring adventure, you fly back to Guayaquil for a good night’s rest before heading home • • •

Explore a different island every day in the company of expert naturalist guides. See a mind-boggling array of unique wildlife, from rare tortoises and blue-footed boobies to white-tipped reef sharks and lava lizards. Snorkel with whole colonies of playful, fearless sea lions or comb the shore for marine iguanas, Sally Lightfoot crabs, and the occasional penguin.
