BLife Co., Ltd (Company Register Number 121255278) is establish on August 2019. Our business activities are providing mobile banking solution & service to local banks in Myanmar. Finance Manager BLife Company is currently looking for very enthusiastic persons who are self-motivated, want to learn new things, and work in Myanmar. The suitable candidate should have a passion for accounting and experience in this field. Main responsibilities The responsibility of manage a record of the company's revenues and expenses, assets and liabilities, so that the Management have a clear understanding about the financial health of the company. oversees the day to day activities of the finance team and ensures the companies finance function is organized and efficient and produces accurate financial and management accounts. v Set up and implementation of the effective internal control accounting system and develop and maintain in line with the company and ensuring consistency of accounting policy and procedures in place for all the process. v Manage & Monitor of monthly, quarterly, group reporting, forecast and plan with analysis of variances. Discuss with BOD for the business strategy to make 5 years business plan for Opex , Capex , Operational Expenses plan. v Reporting to management & stakeholders on a timely basic, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted. v Actively participate in the company financial matters and maintain relationships with financial institutions. v Manage financing to include budget implementation, monitoring of accounting transactions/practices to ensure compliance with company and government policies. v Provide daily accounting and financial leadership to drive all aspects of financial, regulatory and management reporting, budgeting and forecasting throughout analysis.

v Strategic planning and implementation of Review of business plans for new projects & new branches (Mandalay, Naypyitaw, Mawlamyaing , Bago‌) v Oversee ooperational cash-flow management and balance sheet control and fund management, Co ordinate with external auditors, and taxation matters. v Present and liaise with both local banks and international banks on financing requirements for the business to inject cash projection for Capital Brought in. v Perform financial modelling, business plan assessment and analysis on potential investment v Lead the performance evaluation on financial results and avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements . v Monitor monthly account reconciliations, journal entry and adjustment and provide monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting to the CFO through E -business Group structure and a monthly report which highlights the financial results of each business budget/forecast, stating the reasons why targets are not met. v Conclusion Financial Report for timely submission in accordance with Local regulation and manage the reporting process so that financial information provided to management are both timely and accurate. v Well motivate and supervise to subordinates with managerial and well communicating skill so as to meet departmental objectives. Main Qualifications v University degree in Accounting or Finance v A post graduate degree in a related field is considered an asset v ACCA Part 2 or CPA or Diploma In financial management v 5 - 8 years of progressive experience in accounting, preferably in a multinational company v Excellent knowledge of the English language will be considered an asset v Up to date knowledge of accounting v Very good knowledge of MS Office applications and especially Excel Professional Competencies v High standards of business ethics and professional conduct v Strong analytical and problem-solving skills v Capacity to organize time and plan actions effectively so as to meet simultaneous deadlines v Strong communication and interpersonal skills v Perseverance and results orientation
