Gone are strict suits, I am now very happy to wear a shirt with a flower-pattern to work (laughing). In this new hotel, our relationship with guests has really evolved. We now aim for a much more personalized service. At Reception, we are no longer stuck behind our counter… quite the contrary! We also play several roles, such as that of concierge. Promoting our own activities and events, we are real ambassadors for Brussels and our area.
