MISSION ESCONDIDA LUXURY APARTMENTS Horizon Design and Development Project 21.85-Acre Multi-Family Community Mission Road at the San Antonio River, San Antonio, TX
Mission Escondida Luxury Apartments is a community project for a multi-family development. The
concept of the project was to provide a gathering space for the residents to enjoy while reflecting the historical character of the San Antonio Missions as well as the San Antonio River. The concept guided the design to include rustic trellises, fountains, and an acequia. Linear parks with seating areas were included along Mission Road and the San Antonio River. These linear parks provided a connection Mission Escond through natural trails to the San Antonio River for both residents and others to use. Through the use of Texas native planting and locally available stone veneer, the apartments embrace the historic Site Plan - Courtyard feeling of the San Antonio Missions in a modern day setting.

CREEKSIDE CENTRAL PLAZA Horizon Design and Development Project 0.41-Acre Multi-Use Development Plaza The Village at Creekside, New Braunfels, TX
Creekside Central Plaza is a commercial project within a developing mixed use area. The concept
of the project was to provide a space for visitors, shoppers, and residents to gather comfortably, play, and relax within an urban setting. This led the design to incorporate shaded seating areas, a large recreational lawn, and water features on either end of the plaza. Through Texas native planting and quarry block seating areas, the plaza embraces the natural feel of a small town setting while being located within urban surroundings.

Koln Koncept is a redevelopment project. The object of the project was to connect an existing
greenway in the city of Koln, Germany to the Rhine River. Our site to design was comprised of an existing industrial area. We called this area the Grossmarkt.
