A NOTE FROM RPI PROMOTIONS
Thank you for reading the first issue of the Cattlemen’s Invite! This publication is what we refer to as a “direct mail piece.” FOR THE ADVERTISER: By being a part of this publication, you are inviting commerical and registered cattlemen into your program through an easy to read, full color, high intense, quality book that offers a good selection of genetics that will have the potential to make waves in the livestock industry within the next few years. Basically, your sale ad will be in the hands of proven registered and commercial cattlemen that buy bulls and females every year. You will also have an opportunity to place your genetics in the hands of some fresh new customers that you may not had a chance to meet in person. FOR COMMERCIAL CATTLEMEN: As you go through this publication you will have a chance to look, compare and get a first impression of some of the region’s progressive seedstock programs and what they will be offering in the coming year. This type of direct mail piece can give you a reference on livestock, and a great view of the different programs and their freshest genetics. The first issue of this publication will feature mainly those producers who have sales this fall. We will follow up this first issue (Nov./Dec.) with a January issue, then February, March and April/May for a total of five issues that will be placed in the hands of potential customers within South Dakota and surrounding states through the United States Postal Service. Each issue will be mailed the first of the month. The region we serve has, quite frankly, produced the best seedstock genetics in the country, and with that, has been stamped as raising the best feeder cattle in the country as well. The steers and replacement females that are produced through the seedstock that we help sell, have made great strides in quality and bottom line profit over the years. We feel proud to help market this type of quality and to be a part of the outstanding beef that is raised for the United States and beyond. We will continue to help manage a few sales each year, along with offering the printing and publishing services that the Ravellette family has owned since 1963. We are able to produce your printed product from start to finish right here in our own commercial printing plant. We know graphics, ink, paper, and take special care in the deadlines that need to be met for your sale. Give us a call, we would be glad to talk cattle and promotion of all kinds. The Cattlemen’s Invite publication will be on our web site at www.RPIpromotions.com. We will also send it out in an email blast as well. Throughout the fall, winter, and spring sale season we will be out looking at cattle, visiting with those who purchase cattle, and attending livestock events.
