Welcome Cattlemen and CattleWomen,

TERMS & CONDITIONS: All cattle sell fully guaranteed and under the terms and conditions of the American Angus Association.

We would like to welcome everyone to our 31st annual sale. Once again we are offering large sire groups of 1/2, 3/4, and full brother bulls with excellent maternal, calving ease, and carcass traits that will work in all enviroments. We strive to continue to improve on these traits as well as disposition. The cattle business looks to have a long, bright future so be proud to wear your hat and make the most of it!

FIRST BREEDING SEASON GUARANTEE – Bulls selling for $3,500 or more are guaranteed for 90 days from the first turnout against breeding injury. Credit for the amount of purchase price minus $1,000 will be applied toward the purchase of another bull in next year’s sale. Buyer keeps all salvage value. Buyer should notify Spear U Angus as soon as possible should injury occur and prior to the injured bull being sold for salvage. We ask that all claims for credit be made known prior to September 1, 2015. Added insurance policy will be available sale day. Please ask for details.

SEMEN EVALUATION – All bulls are guaranteed breeders - a fertility test for all bulls will be passed before sale time. All bulls will be given a test for soundness and physical quality along with scrotal measurements. A fertility for all bulls will be provided before delivery time. Testing done by Dr. Bohlander, DVM, of North Platte, Nebraska. All bulls guaranteed trich-free. GENETIC TESTING All bulls have been DNA tested for all known genetic defects. ACCIDENTS & LIABILITIES – All persons attend the sale at their own risk and the seller and the sales management assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents occurring in, on, or about the premises. The buyer must look to the seller for fulfillment of all guarantees and representations made hereunder. FREE DELIVERY – Free delivery of bulls on all purchases in South Dakota and surrounding states. All other states will have free delivery on single bull lot purchases over $3,500. Yearlings kept free of charge until April 1st. $100 off each two-year-old or yearling bull hauled sale day. RETAINED INTEREST – We are retaining 1/3 semen revenue sharing interest on each individual bull in the 2015 sale.

VACCINATION PROGRAM Vaccinated with Vision 7 and Vista Once at branding. Pre-wean and weaning they have had Vision 7 with Somnius and Vista Once. Poured with Ivermec. —2—
