Analysts at global real estate advisor Knight Frank, found that ultra-high-net-worth investors are increasingly interested in cities such as Berlin and Munich, which have seen a marked increase in activity in the last year.
Activity on the German commercial investment market remains lively. The first half of 2015 closed out with a transaction volume of â‚Ź24.2 billion, reflecting a 40% increase year over year.
