felt to our present day. These men and women were the leaders who took the message of Islam to the world and brought Islam as a solution for all of humanities ills and problems. SABEEL seeks to ingrain this preserved framework and holistic outlook on development which is not solely focused on academic study. It instead concentrates on grounding through exposure to a comprehensive tarbiyah system that is not shackled to specific targets that set an individual’s end role in society but rather ensures that that individual excels in whatever spheres or domains
So, why do you need SABEEL in your life? At SABEEL, it is our firm conviction that the Prophet (pbuh) did not leave behind wealth or commodities but he left behind an abundance of knowledge with a framework of pristine principles which enshrines its understanding and application. He nurtured Companions who embodied this message allowing them to excel as individuals and effect their surroundings resulting in pivotal change; the reverberations of which are 02

SABEEL tries to provide you the ability to identify the correct sources of knowledge, its nature and its sound understanding; and to equip you with critical thinking skills as well as an inquisitive mind built upon sound reasoning. Sabeel aims to give you lifelong valued skill sets which allow you to grasp and refer to a broad range of subject matters both Islamic and non-Islamic. Through developing these critical dimensions we hope you become the leaders that we know you can be.

An Introduction to the SABEEL Foundations Programme
At the core of the programme lies the Sabeel Retreats: a comprehensive set of intensive courses that address a broad range of subject matters delivered during intellectually fulfilling and spiritually nourishing weekends. At the retreats, you are given the opportunity to spend time with different resident scholars and students of knowledge learning, discussing, eating, sleeping and socialising with them to such a level that you won’t want it to end and as experience has shown us most Sabeelites just can’t wait for the next

They are tested on their mental agility/aptitude, their observation skills, their physical abilities and their general knowledge. The person with the greatest number of points became a krypton factor champion. SABEEL’s krypton factor follows the same model, except it involves teams playing against one anothe. Teams and their captains need to work together to decide on the most effective way to overcome the various tasks. There are points awarded along the way for each aspect of the

But we do recognise that it helps a student assess where his strong and weak areas are and helps themselves and ourselves direct them through the 3 years. Examinations will be held each year covering all the areas of the programme. Dates of Examinations
