Rural vs. Urban Rural Areas is the Place to Be Rural areas are the place to be because the Ku Kux Klan is always there getting rid of African Americans, and if the Ku Klux Klan is around in rural areas then we won’t have to worry about African Americans. It is also traditional and the right place to be.
Urbanisation is Better for America The best point for america is advancing further into the evolving world. With the new version of the world America will and is the new power creating all the new good level. Having new industrial industries creating jobs wealth and new business enterprises. Lane Ungaro,
Religion Logan Trumbull, The question of a lifetime…? Right now as you know the scopes trial is going on. The central issue in this trial is the freedom to speak and worship according to personal beliefs. Some of the christians don't agree with the bible's explanation of human life therefore they believe that John Thomas Scopes should be innocent. “We do not respect the ku-klux-klan we must stop them.” Rudy Brooks said. She also said that they are putting to many Catholics, jews, blacks, and organized laborers in danger. “they boycott business.” John Lumen said. “They aren't letting people be free with what they believe in; Including religion.” He also said.

Wets & Drys of the 1920s VOTE DRY: Drinking needs to be stopped! We have prohibition, which stops people from drinking. The Wets are not agreeing with it like we are. Now when people drink, men come back home hitting their wives, and it would statically help everyone around the world. For example, it would help the poor because paychecks would not be saloon to the neighborhoods. and when people were drinking it statically decreased their working productivity. The youth (young people) will grow up not drinking because they would be less likely to exposed to alcohol until a later age. prohibition is a good thing! It was endorsed by a majority of the voters at the end of the war. VOTE WET:

The Pact thats changing the World! December 1927,Lane Ungaro Kellogg-Braind Pact the treaty to end all wars! This new treaty proposed by the league of nations states the nullification of war. It states that all conflicts disputes or disagreements must be resolved non violently but by a council of nations, This new pact followed the ending of the fresh results of the U.S Naval Conference The number of fellow countries signed on the pact lessing the worlds fear of another world war. This great set of this pact by the world of nations stunned millions with the complete agreement of the league. Yet the legacy comes with some doubt. Japan who signed on still threatens conflict. Japan who lost the least amount of wartime armament during the Naval Conference sets fear in the east‌ Japan who signed the pact invaded the small land area of manchuria claiming it was a just fight for the emperor. This new turn the the treaty sends chills down the backs of the League of Nations. No nation has brought the question fourth that looms over everyones mind. Can this go unpunished to japan or will the conflict go unnoticed and spread the terrors of war i the east. That is still a fresh thought in the worlds mind. The only thing one can do is ask question and think of how are you going to make this change‌ the great nation of America asks you to stand up and tell with the voice of millions this is unjust! This comes with great care and thought of the unsung masses of the world.

There is a lot of changes in the economy right now including changes in electronics, clothing, and things to do. Some of the big changes in electronics where cars and radios. The first car was invented by the great Henry Ford. Even though this was a luxury vehicle, many people think that it is a great invention because it gives people more accessibility to travel where they want to go near or far. Radios are invented! Radios help a lot with knowing what is going on in the world including presidential elections broadcasting out of Pittsburgh. There is also the Amos 'n' Andy radio show that makes fun of African Americans. One thing that came popular was jazz music because more people can hear it now that we have radios and people don't have to go listen to it live. Women are feeling more confident in themselves. Clothing is changing a lot. Women are wearing less clothing. Most of the women aren't wearing gloves, they are wearing shorter dresses and skirts too. Talkies are now showing in theaters. Talkies now have people talking and singing. It really shocked people when they watched the first talkie because there use to only have dialogue with it but when the actor started talking in the middle of the movie people thought it was amazing. Over all the economy has changed over time. It has changed electronics by inventing cars and radios, clothing when women started wearing less clothing, and things to do like people going to talkies.

The Great Babe Ruth Logan Trumbull
George Herman “Babe Ruth” is the most beloved athlete in sports. “when I think of sports I think Babe Ruth” says Albert Foster.
He was also referred to The Great Bambino. “He helped me bring baseball back” said first commissioner Kenesaw Mountain Landis. If you dont already know, Babe Ruth is a left handed pitcher. Right now he is achieving his greatest recognition as a slugging outfielder for the yankees. He is also looking forward to being one of the first into the national baseball hall of fame.
There are also other sports that are very big right now including: tennis, golf, swimming, football, and boxing. Newspapers, radios, magazines, and movies are all very good for watching listening and boosting sports. “Everyone should get connected “Paul Gore said.

Jazz - A New World Of Music Everyone hold on! There’s a new attraction in town! It’s called Jazz! Jazz is the newest music genre and its taking the country by storm. It might be an obvious question but have you heard jazz yet? Jazz was first created not too long ago in 1895 in New Orleans, Louisiana in the time of the end of the world war and the beginning of the great depression. Jazz is bringing many new things to the U.S. With new forms of jazz, comes new forms of dances and also some new instruments. Along the way women have gained the right to vote as well. From then we’ve seen more women smoking, in bars, and dancing around to this new form of music more than ever. Along with these new arrivals, there began to be some new faces, such as Louie Armstrong, Duke Ellington, and Fats Waller. These were the people to shoot off jazz with flying colors. But with the new arriving faces come new things as well. What will we see next?

Election time is back around! The war is over! A lot of things are happening now, Politicians are arguing over peace treaties and whether the U.S should be let into the L.O.N (League Of Nations). Another thing thats not helping at all is that Woodrow Wilson has suffered a stroke, He is starting to become increasingly unpopular, and the stroke has affected his speech. The public is also starting to become weary of war and reform. There are still strikes, riots, and growing fear of radicals and terrorists. The newspapers are confusing everyone. One newspaper is nominating Warren Harding, and the other newspaper is nominating James Cox. Hopefully we will get it together and come to an agreement.

Interview With Babe Ruth mason Miller Babe, how long have you been playing baseball? “I’ve been playing baseball since I was little, but professionally, I will be going on my 12th season this year.” Last season you had your lowest amount of home runs and the lowest batting average in your last five seasons, what was wrong and how do you plan to work on that this coming season?” “Last season was just slow for me, I guess you could say my head wasn’t in on the game. This season I already feel focused. It’ll all start with Spring Training and I’ll work my way through the season from there.” This will be your 6th season with the Yankees so far, before that you played with Boston for awhile. Do you ever plan to attempt to move around to a different team? “It has crossed my mind. But with these six years in New York these are extremely loving fans. At this point I don’t anticipate moving any time soon.” Babe, in 1921 you hit 59 home runs and had a batting average of .378. Do you plan to try to get better than that? “In my book, there is always room for improvement. I can’t guarantee anything but I can assure you I’ll never stop trying” Do you have any plans after you professional career? “To this point I do not. I plan to play as long as I can and make it worth my while and have a nice history like few people have.” What do you do outside of baseball? “I like to spend as much time as possible with my family, but if I’m not doing that I like to go downtown with some buddies and have a drink or two”

You are still fairly young Babe, only 26 to be exact, and you started off in that majors at 19. Do you plan to be playing baseball for a long time? “I may be 26, but I definitely don’t feel like it. When you start at a young age, baseball puts about an extra five years on you. But I will for sure play for as far as my body will take me.” Now that we’ve talked a bit about your offensive game, lets talk some defense. During your beginning seasons you were a go-to pitcher for the Red Sox. Since 1920 you’ve calmed down on pitching. Why is that? “I have always loved pitching. I have always loved playing baseball in general. But when I slowed down on my pitching, I began to be able to get in more training with hitting and that was when my averages, home runs, and RBIs shot up. Since then, my hitting has trumped my pitching.” Babe, is there anything you want the public to know? “Y’all better be looking for the Yankees in the World Series!” Thanks for coming in. “Thank you for having me.”
