The approach for planning the site plan is based on the grid system, the hard paved areas divide the site into 8 sections with alternate built and open spaces and the paved areas working as the connecting spaces for all the built and open spaces. Additive form can be explained as the process through which modules are arranged together to form a whole module that works a complete module. Subtractive form can be explained as subtracting a portion from the module to probably create a green space as seen in the design.

DESIGN BRIEF :
New international airport is proposed near Saswad,to serve the city of Pune, it is one of the urban centres in PMRDA and is located 37 km from Pune. The town is known for its historical significance having famous temple of Jejuri on South East and significance of Peshwa dynasty which emerged as a major residential neighbourhood in Saswad therefore it is perceived as a major investment zone in terms of real estate and infrastructure projects. An Airport Authority India under PMRDA is planning to develop a residential community space for their officials & working staff . The site is owned and facilitated by the authority and the housing complex will be developed by Airport Authority of India.

DESIGN BRIEF :
India has emerged as the fastest growing major economy in the world and is expected to be one of the top three economic powers of the world over the next 10-15 years. Bank plays an important role in the economic development of the country. Without a sound and effective banking system, no country can have a healthy economy. Many international banks have their head quarters in India. The major economic centre which was earlier Mumbai has started shifting to Pune since last few years. This project focuses on the designing a headquarters of a bank at the upcoming area of Kharadi, Pune with a public interface for the local population and few exclusive functions to cater to the need of the neighbourhood.
