1. OBJETIVES The “MRV’s Group Sustainability Policy”, approved on June 24, 2015, and amended, by the Board of Directors, confirms our commitment to sustainable development and the need to perform our activities in a balanced and responsible manner in the several cities where we operate. It also establishes principles and guidelines to be applied to MRV’s Group activities throughout the country in order to promote a sustainable management based on its three main pillars: Social, Corporate Governance and Environmental.

2. SCOPE The present policy encompasses all MRV companies, employees, partners, suppliers and other relationship groups (shareholders, investors, clients,

The guidelines must be observed and complied by all companies of MRV Group, serving as a permanent reference source for implementing and/or developing strategies. Committing to this Policy is fundamental to ensure MRV’s Group Sustainability.

No employee, partner or supplier many claim, in any circumstance, to be unaware of “MRV Sustainability Policy”.

3. GUIDELINES “MRV’s Groups Sustainability Policy” establishes that all employees, partners and suppliers shall: -

Promote, implement and disseminate sustainable development actions;

Respect diversity, fighting against discrimination, moral and sexual harassment, and corruption in all its forms;

Ensure appropriate work conditions and employees’ wellbeing;

Respect our clients;

Seek for new construction technologies, use economically feasible raw materials, and enhance engineering processes to minimize impacts on the environment;

Use water and energy in a conscious manner, controlling and managing waste, and adopting measures to replace obsolete equipment in order to use resources;

Reduce, reuse and recycle waste, whenever possible;

Discolse the sustanabilty pratices and indicators;

Annually

Promote leadership commitment regarding the development of this subject in MRV’s Group.

Promote and

encourage

technological innovation, investment

in

Research & Development (R & D) and the development of new projects and products in order to be designed in a sustainable manner, also contributing to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, mitigating their effects in the atmosphere, according MRV’s Group Climate Change Policy.

Emphasize the importance of “MRV’s Code of Conduct” and its application in MRV’s key decisions.

Conscientization and engagement of all employees with sustainability;

Influencing the supply chain in the development of more sustainable products and projects;

Seek the reduction of impact around the sites and reinforce this commitment with the residents of the region;

Ensuring customer satisfaction, complying with agreements reached between the parties and offering socio-environmental solutions and product innovation.
