TERMS AND POLICIES ORDERING & PAYMENT The initial minimum order amount for new wholesale accounts is £150. The minimum re-order amount is £100. For UK orders over £200, postage is free and orders over £300 outside the UK postage is free. Mr Yen Designs is currently not VAT registered and all payments are due at the time of order by BACS transfer only. HOW TO ORDER When you’re ready to place your order, you can email me directly on the following email address: mryen@ mr-yen.com If you could include the names of the items you would like to order, the amount you would like to order and your contact details I will get back to you with an invoice and my bank details so payment can be made. Once payment has been made, I will make a start on your order within 24 hours and will be in touch again with a tracking code once your order has been dispatched. PRODUCTION TIME The production time for orders that include laser cut art or greeting cards is 1-2 weeks. SHIPPING All shipping costs are charged at the time you place your order, with the cost amount being detailed on your invoice before payment is made. w w w. s h o p . m r - y e n . c o m

Within the UK all orders are shipped using a signed for delivery service and all international orders are shipped using an international signed for service. As a rough guide for delivery costs, within the UK shipping costs can range from £15 - £30, while orders outside the UK can be from £30 - £60. These prices obviously can fluctuate as the cost of shipping is dependent on the size of your order, but these are prices that I have encountered from previous wholesale orders.

PACKAGING Each card, or set of cards come complete with white envelopes and are individually sealed in clear cellophane bags. DISPLAY All Mr Yen items must be displayed in the packaging provided and sets of items can not be split for resale.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS Cancellations: If you would like to cancel your order, you will need to inform me by email (mryen@mryen.com) within 24 hours of placing your order and your refund will be processed immediatley by the same method that you paid for your order. The need to contact me within 24 hours is because after 24 hours I will have made a start on your order. Returns: If there are any incorrectly shipped items or damaged items (not due to shipping, which is out of my control) these must be reported to me as soon as possible by email to mryen@mr-yen.com and I will rectify the situation immediately, with all damaged stock to be returned in its original, un-opened packaging and unused. w w w. s h o p . m r - y e n . c o m
