Designfronten Alrox sind durch die Entwicklung von Oberflächenbearbeitungsmaschinen entstanden. Dank der qualitativ hochentwickelten Bearbeitungszentren ist es möglich, auf Wunsch nahezu jede Figur oder jedes Design herzustellen. So sind die Muster der Alrox-Paneele entworfen und standardisiert worden. Diese dekorativen Paneele glänzen und bestechen durch den Eindruck einer Tiefe bei nur 1 mm Materialstärke. Das ist Dank der angewandten Schleiftechnik möglich, je nach Betrachtungswinkel ändern sich Licht und Figur in dem Paneel. Die Alrox-Designfronten sind in den verschiedensten Einsatzgebieten eine raffinierte Wandverkleidung: Aufzüge, Ladeneinrichtungen, Möbelbau, im Badezimmerbereich, als Werbetafel mit entsprechendem personalisierten Logo. Zahlreiche Variationen stehen zur Verfügung. Der Schliff lässt sich in Aluminium, satiniert oder lackierten Flächen realisieren, aber ebenso auf Edelstahl, Messing oder anderen Blechen. Diese Bleche werden je nach Anwendung oder Design glatt verarbeitet oder gebogen oder auch nur abgekantet. Die Alrox-Designfront ist ein innovativer Werkstoff für den Planer und Architekten. Alrox wird verarbeitet vom Schreiner, Metallbauer oder anderen kreativen Handwerkern und Designern.

Designfronten Alrox has the know-how, which has allowed the company to develop advanced solutions such as the Alrox sheet panels. Their shining surfaces have been skilfully worked to obtain a three-dimensional and dynamic optical effect, the reflection of which changes with the position of the observer and the light. Alrox panels are refined design elements which are more and more used in various fields: furnishing, shops interior decoration, elevator cars, ceilings, floors and columns covering, and many others. They can be used as a printing surface for logos and advertisement signs. There are potentially no limits to obtainable patterns, realized combining monotype straight, curved or circular lines of various thickness in different forms and dimensions. Working can be done on different surfaces: rough, satin, grinded and polished metal sheets, which can be left natural or painted, coated and protected. Alrox patterns can be executed on different materials: aluminium, stainless steel, zinc-coated steel, brass and copper. Oberflächenbehandlung FARBEN, SCHUTZFOLIEN, BESCHICHTUNGEN Die Designfronten Alrox werden normalerweise auf Aluminiumbasis oder Edelstahl hergestellt. Der Schliff muss vor Verschmutzung oder Oxidation geschützt werden durch eine transparente Lackierung, Folien-Beschichtung oder durch eine Galvanisierung mit ihrer jeweils gültigen Eigenschaft in Bezug auf Widerstand und Langlebigkeit.
Alrox-FigurenSchliff ANWENDUNGSBEREICHE Die Designpaneele Alrox finden Anwendung in verschiedensten Bereichen: im Innen- wie im Außenbereich, sowohl bei Geschäftseinrichtungen, Messeständen, itnesscentern, Nassbereichen als auch bei Deckenverkleidungen oder Säulenummantelungen etc. BEARBEITENDER BEREICH Je nach Anwendung oder Montagesituation kann das Paneel im Ganzen gebürstet werden (komplette Bearbeitung) oder alternativ nur teilweise, dann bleibt außen ein nicht bearbeiteter Bereich stehen (Innenbereich gebürstet).
SURFACE TREATMENT COLOUR - PROTECTIVE LAYER ALROX finishes are normally executed on stainless steel or aluminium sheet panels. In order to protect and colour the metal sheet, a transparent paint, resin or coloured film finish can be put on it to prevent scuffs and dust, maintaining the working pattern visible and at the same time gaining the characteristics of the material applied.

WORKED SURFACE According to the type of use, working can be executed onto the full surface, COMPLETE WORKING, or maintaining a peripheral non-worked border, INSIDE WORKING. PANELS JOINTING Most of ALROX figures, realized onto the complete surface, allow pattern continuity in case of panels jointing. The continuity can be realized in all directions, full jointing FOUR SIDES 4F, only longitudinally, jointing TWO SIDES 2L, or transversally, jointing TWO SIDES 2T.
