“Where we strive for greatness” At New Tech we work together. There is no “I” Only “We” Collaboration is ; When 2 or more people work together to achieve a goal. It takes ; responsibility & cooperation.
You have to be able to rely on the people you are working with. The better the collaboration , the better the project. That's what New Tech strives to accomplish.
The 3 essential principles are ; Responsibility , trust & respect. Responsibility is : Being able to do what's needed to accomplish something. Trust : At New Tech we have to learn to trust everyone in the school , because if you can't trust anyone in your atmosphere then nothing will come together the way it should. Respect : Everyone needs to respect each other. New Tech is different from other schools In a way as ; We are giving more opportunities to work as a class. There are more group projects , so all of us as classmates can be given a chance to broaden our learning abilities.
