Trust, Respect, and Responsibility are the three essential principles.

2. “K” Know List. • Trust is the trait of believing in the honesty and reliability of others. At New Tech we build up relationships with other and trust eachother.
• Respect is not judging your class mates. Giving them all your attention when they speak to you and listening to them while they speak.
• Responsibility is a form of trustworthiness; the trait of being answerable to someone for something or being responsible for one's conduct.
