The downtown has for generations been the “Heart” of Suamico and with redevelopment plans underway it is quickly becoming the place to be for residents and businesses alike. As one of the earliest sites of settlement, this area represents the character of our community through its proximity to the Suamico River and the various historic buildings featured throughout.
