DISCOVER | OUR TEAM ONBOARD
RESTAURATION The choice of restauration service must be notified to our Groups Department when you book your cruise, so that we can anticipate and satisfy any requests. For groups booked in : •B ella experience, choice of restauration service not guaranteed, on-board distribution; •F antastica experience, it is possible to obtain a reserved area in the restaurant. Passengers have priority in the allocation of restauration services; •A urea experience, it is possible to obtain a reserved area in the restaurant. Guests are free to choose their own dinner times. Your contact on board: the Head waiter. The Head waiter is the guarantor of the smooth running of the restaurant, and is on hand to help you make the most of your dinners on board. EVENTS Plenty of options are available to make your cruise unique. We can make one of the ship's lounges available to you free of charge, with or without the organisation of a cocktail party. All you need to do is ask the Groups Department in advance for the desired schedule, to check that it is compatible with the organisation of life on board. This may also include the organisation of dance classes, or the celebration of a symbolic wedding or anniversary (see page 16). Certain events may require equipment to be taken on board: this procedure must be notified to and discussed with our Groups Department, as the equipment taken on board must be authorised and declared (compulsory customs formalities).
EXCURSIONS You can request a quote by entering the excursion codes and the number of passengers. Depending on the excursions chosen and the number of passengers, they can be personalised by making a request to the Groups Department. Your contact on board: the Excursions Manager. The Excursions Manager is available on board to answer any questions you may have about the excursions you have booked in advance, and to finalise any organisational details. SPECIALITY RESTAURANTS Embark on a voyage of culinary discovery in our refined restaurants. Prepaid packages are available so you can enjoy all our specialities on board. MSC AUREA SPA The MSC Aurea Spa experience is not to be missed. We can book your beauty and wellness treatments in advance. Opt for authentic Balinese massages, traditional or high-tech treatments, as a couple or solo, and spend time in the spa area with sauna, steam bath and whirlpool. You'll even find a coiffeur and a boutique dedicated to Spa products. Treat yourself with the serenity you crave! CUSTOMIZE YOUR HOLIDAY At your request, we can personalise certain items (menus, daily activity programmes, etc.) in your image, deliver a free welcome message in the cabin or other items carried by the group, organise prize-giving ceremonies, themed events or team competitions.
