To whom it may concern; In line with the applications of our institution for the “SALIKHA”: CHED-NCCA Grants for Creative Projects of the K to 12 Transition Program, we are endorsing the following individuals involved in the project proposed: Name(s) of Project Team Leader/ Individual Proponent and/or Team Members This document certifies that our institution has reviewed, and approved the proposal of the abovementioned personnel. We certify that the individual proponent/ team leader and members will be affected by the K to 12 Transition, and will have reduced teaching load during the time period of the grant. The personnel shall thus conduct the work towards the completion of the project. We certify that the pursuit of this project is aligned to our institution’s development plan. We certify that the project and their sub-components including, but not limited to, the concept and methodologies, are in compliance with existing laws, rules and regulations and ethical norms and standards.
