What We Do MSH is a student-focused service providing housing and community related information and guidance to students. MSH runs a landlord accreditation scheme and offers support to students in relation to property searches, housing

inspections, providing housing advice, and contract checking.

The properties advertised on our website are not managed by Manchester Student Homes but the landlords are accredited and have signed up to our MSH Code of Standards.

All you need to do is contact the landlord directly to arrange a viewing. It's that simple!

Take meter readings and let the suppliers know when it's the last day of your tenancy.
