Mustang FRIDAY, OCT. 21 THE MATCH-UP The Mustangs are led on offense by sophomore Sydney Marlow, who has 382 kills on the season and averages more than four kills per set. She’s followed by freshman Payten Lode and fellow sophomore Claire Wilson. Lode has 204 kills on the season, averaging 2.4 per set, while Wilson has 196 kills and averages 2.42 per set. Aureana Bernales leads the Mustangs in the back row, with 374 digs. Marlow follows the sophomore libero with 292. The defensive front row is led by freshman Kylah Brewer, with 65 blocks, and sophomore Nienke van Drunen, with 56. Kalli Hegerle is the offensive leader of the Jimmies, with 257 kills and 2.99 kills per set. Anna Holen also averages 2.99 kills per set, and has 242 on the season. Ellie Holen is on the verge of 500 digs this season, with 499 already on her tally as she averages 6.16 digs per set. Anna Holen is a distance behind, with 289 digs. Lexi Olson leads the Jamestown defensive front, with 98 blocks on the season. She’s followed by fellow middle hitter Darienne Johnson, with 67.
