We have a successful track record of over 25 years of passionately delivering our programmes to young people across the Greater Manchester region and beyond. Every year we successfully secure employment for thousands of young people and work with over 2,500 employers in a vast range of industries. We champion our learners at every level, aiming to offer over 75% of our Apprenticeship vacancies with a salary above the national minimum Apprenticeship wage we can support learners to achieve their qualifications faster than most other providers. Our aim is to work with you, to ensure that your students successfully progress and achieve their goals, starting at the level that is right for them. We want all of our young people to learn the skills, love the job and live the lifestyle that having a successful career can bring.

The Skills Company provides a range of high quality services to schools, sixth forms and colleges in Greater Manchester, as well as parts of Cheshire and Lancashire. Our dedicated Schools and Engagement Team, along with our fully trained Apprentice Ambassadors, can provide excellent advice, activities and events, to encourage young people to consider Apprenticeships and work-related training after they leave full-time education. You will have your own dedicated Account Manager from the Schools and Engagement Team who will keep in contact with you regularly and work with you to ensure that your students successfully progress.
