GentleMen's Klozet (GM’sK) Firm was founded in February 2013 with a mission to help men dress and look their best. This styling firm consists of stylists, stores and young designers that are working together to make men's world a better place, fashion wise.

Over the years, we have decided to extend our expertise in a field where our magic was needed: events. Our objective is to create upscale events where men can impress with their polished looks.

Also, GM'sK is committed to making their events and social gatherings as fun and educational as possible.

The idea to create GM'sK Firm stems from the passion for men fashion and their well-being.

Our mission is to dress and take care of men, one man at the time, and reveal the gentleman in them. We consider that it is time to honor our men by providing a range of tailored services.

GM'sK Firm offers a range of services from wardrobe cleaning to shopping for the perfect suits. We are dedicated to providing men with useful tips on how to dress for different occasions such as work, meetings, special events, weddings and other occasions; making sure they always walk in looking sharp and dressed to the nines.

The Signature

Nowadays, we have to dress for almost any occasions that come our way. We go from interviews, dates, upscale events to meeting the extended family, as we have to dress accordingly for each situation. Our image becomes as important as a book cover if we don't like the cover, we tend not to open the book and read.

Unfortunately, we are being judged upon the first glance by how we dress and how we present ourselves to others. As we grow older in life, we need to have a bright idea on where we want to be in life and dress accordingly. Social life is not like it was ages ago, the effort as doubled. You can be the best at what you do but if you are not dressed appropriately; there go your opportunity.

We know it's hard to transition from the young age to adulthood, but we have to grow; can't run away from it. Women don't much have issue dressing up since everything are inexpensive and available at our fingertips. Women, 'til they drop, always running after sale or mood shopping. On the other hand, men have a ball trying to find whatever fits and think they look good. We have seen so many faux pas that we decided to come to the rescue. Most men just don't like shopping and probably will never ask an expert for help either. Some men will rely on their partner or close friend to dress them for any occasion and yes we have seen some disasters there as well.

UPSCALE EVENTS WOMEN Be gracious It's always good to bring sexiness everywhere you go, but to what extent? Women nowadays have more curves than a Coca-Cola bottle and have forgotten how to be elegant. Not all events require a club wear. Our upscale events do not require you to wear a gown, however dress as if you were to meet the president that night.

Self-confidence is your best outfit, own it and rock it.

MEN Crash course on being well-dressed There was a time where your dad's suit was pretty cool when he wore it to his high school dance, but it doesn't mean that you will look fly wearing it. Your friend may be able to hook you up from time to time, but when it comes to an upscale event, please visit a great tailor and a licensed barber. We only accepted Michael Jackson's white thick socks with the black shoes because it was Michael Jackson. Look as sharp as you can; you never know who is watching you from afar.

Women are welcome to attend, enjoy a drink and smoke cigars. We work hard for each event to live up to the expectation of our brand.

years after launching our first event Cigar & Cognac (2013), followed by Prestige (2014), we have created a name for ourselves. We have decided to relaunch Cigar & Cognac 2.0 (2016) at our guests' request.

UPSCALE events

Over the years of being a socialite and going to most events in Montreal all year long, we realized that it was always the same thing: the crowd never or barely dances, same people, same DJs, same music and themes. For us, it was always missing the special something to say it was the night to remember.

We first came up with the idea for Cigar & Cognac in 2013. We wanted to experiment a new way of having a great night without the feel of clubs.

We wanted to create new standards for grown people, especially men. Women can still attend our events, but why not honor men and allowing them to have a great time in the most fashionable way possible? And we did just that.

We came up with this concept not knowing what impact it would have on people. Cigar & Cognac was a scary venture. And little that we knew, it became our brand, which has never been replicated by anyone since.

Hennessy V.S.O.P was our sponsor for the first Cigar and Cognac event in 2013. We were able to provide a glass of cognac to our guests during the evening. Vasco Cigar MontrĂŠal was our spokesperson and introduced the cigar culture to our curious guests. Loft Gault (Rosalie Restaurant) opened the terrace for the cigar smokers and made the experience even more divine. Munova Live Band created a smooth jazzy sound.

C & C returns this year with a brazilian flavor. You guessed it; we are having Rio de Janeiro, in Montreal. It's not a mascarade event, so no need to wear a mask to attend. The renowned Paulo Ramos and his live band will set the evening’s tone with a jazzy, Bossa nova and Samba flair. Also, breathtaking capoeira and batucada performances, and many other surprises await you during this colorful soiree. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to a foundation of the attendees’ choice that supports a male cause. It will be an event not to be missed.
