Debra Earl, the Student Wellness Centre’s mental health nurse will be attending our event to help facilitate and answer any questions during the discussions. The goal of this event is to create a safe space where people can share their lived experience to help educate others. SHEC has partnered with McMaster Residence Life to talk about sex. Topics around sex, sexuality, sexual health, and consent will be covered. Students are also welcomed to ask questions anonymously, before and after the event. The two sessions will be taking place on Tuesday, October 21 from 6 PM to 7 PM, in Moulton EMR and Thursday, October 23 from 7 PM to 8 PM in the Hedden Ravine Room.
SHEC’s Nutrition and Active Living Committee will be releasing our cookbook in October this year! Check out our website and Facebook page at the end of the month to access the cookbook, which will feature delicious, healthy and student-friendly recipes!
