Advancement - SSCV Supporters

In the 2021-2022 season twenty 20% ($1.549 million) of SSCV's $7.7 million operating budget was comprised of revenue from fundraising, with the 2021-2022 Annual Campaign as SSCV's single largest fundraising initiative ($670,000).

Additional support to help SSCV reach the overall $1.549 million fundraising goal came from sources such as SSCV sponsors, in-kind donors, raffle ticket and auction purchasers, restricted donations and an Academic Fund to support VSSA based academic coaches.

In addition to annual fundraising, the Golden Peak Expansion and the new mogul venue on Golden Peak would not be possible without capital campaign donor support.

Volunteers are also of critical importance to SSCV. SSCV relies heavily on the support of hundreds of volunteers each year who give thousands of hours to help with competitions, fundraising and various club tasks and events. Volunteers are critical to SSCV’s ability to host events and offer quality programming at the most affordable cost possible.

SSCV cannot thank its supporters enough for everything that they help to make possible for SSCV athletes, including enabling SSCV to attract and retain an outstanding coaching staff which mentors our athletes to help them to reach their individual potential day in and day out both on and off snow.
