The process follows the hundred-year-old traditional recipe and utilizes the best raw materials obtained from a selection of over fifteen herbs and aromatic plants. The ingredients are carefully washed and the aromas skillfully extracted over two months of maceration. The liquid is then left to mature in the distillate for more than two months to draw out the full potential and bold spiced flavor of Amaro dell’Etna.
