Andrew McWilliams

He got his start in residential real estate soon after he and his wife Heather purchased a small rural farm in 2000. After mending fences, re-purposing pole barns, building new stalls for the horses, and then acquiring: Longhorn Cattle, a family of barn cats, Guineas, a rooster and two hens, and more horses, he needed a real job. After a little soul searching and some seemingly Divine intervention, Andrew enrolled in real estate school and went on to obtain his license. At the time Heather was managing an equine veterinary facility. Over the past 13 years Andrew has turned a love for land, interesting homes and people into a successful real estate business. Add in his experience with horses and livestock and you have a unique level of expertise a little hard to come by in our mountain communities.
