In an attempts to make the Blue Ridge Mountains Parade of Homes an enjoyable experience for everyone, we ask that you please adhere to the following guidelines at all times.

1. In keeping with CDC Guidelines please observe Social

Distancing of 6 ft. apart.

2. Masks will be required for entry into homes.

3. Please observe all parking signage and do not block driveways.

4. Please remove shoes or wear the provided booties in each home.

5. Please keep entry tickets on hand or visible at all times during your tours.

6. There is absolutely no smoking, eating, or drinking in any of the homes.

7. Please respect all furnishings as private property of the homeowners.

8. Please respect all “off-limits” signage while on tour.

9. Please monitor your children. The homes are not childproof.

10. Please ask permission before taking photographs. Professional images may be available to you online.

11. No pets allowed in any home at any time.
