A commercial property and facilities manager for 26 years prior to joining Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty, Cyndy gleaned a thorough knowledge of the real estate business and developed the ability to work and reach consensus with tenants and owners from all ends of the spectrum. These skills continue to serve her well with her diverse client base across the Houston area and with buyers relocating to Houston, and have earned her membership in the Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty Circle of Excellence. Cyndy exhibits honesty, integrity, dedication, team spirit, a strong work ethic, and technological expertise. She is highly organized, always follows through and is a high achiever in everything she undertakes. A native Houstonian, Cyndy grew up in Houston’s historic East End and in South Houston. She graduated from South Houston High School and earned a Bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Houston. Cyndy’s community activities have included Leadership Houston, Crisis Hotline Counselor for Houston Area Women’s Center, Greater Houston Partnership, and Habitat for Humanity. She is currently active in the Rice Military Civic Club. When not working, Cyndy enjoys reading, playing with her dogs and running. She lives with her husband in Rice Military and has an adult son and two grandchildren.
