collaboration between the homeowner and architect to create a presentday English manor house.

This exquisite stone facade is further enhanced by a custom-designed front door, a stunning fusion of bronze and glass, set within a beautifully carved stone arch. The intricate carvings on the arch add an element of ornate elegance, making The Lodge a testament to architectural grandeur.
Reception Foyer
T he reception foyer features an elaborate mahogany wood carvings and a wide stone staircase. The magnificent custom-carved mahogany adds a unique touch. The grand staircase boasts a custom solid wood balustrade and limestone treads/risers.

Family Room
The family room is an impressive space designed for grand-scale entertaining. Sliding glass walls open up to the pool deck and courtyard, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. A meandering gravel road travels from The Lodge past scattered wooded alcoves furnished with seating areas to The Guest Lodge. The Guest Lodge is an inviting, two-story, Texas Hill Country-style residence poised atop a hillside. This two-bedroom auxiliary residence offers double-height ceilings, pine floors, a living/dining room with fireplace, and a sunny open kitchen. The highlight of this dwelling is an expansive screened porch complemented by a woodburning fireplace. It is always a It is always a popular gathering place! There is an adjoining full-size swimming pool and spa for The Guest Lodge. And for additional recreation, there is a fenced sport court; which could easily be converted to pickle ball court. It is truly a private residence along the banks of Buffalo Bayou with a picturesque view of the Houston Country Club golf course. As additional “cachet”, The Guest Lodge served as a retreat for a Hollywood legend while filming a movie in Houston.
