Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty will be responsible for the graphic charges, brochure design and print costs, photographs, videography, all print advertising, all costs associated with having the property listed on various websites, press releases, Rezora and Eflyers, a writer who will tell the story of the owner and the property. PRODUCTION SERVICES PHOTOGRAPHY We will commission a portfolio of photographs by award-winning TK Images. The goal is to curate a carefully orchestrated series of images — the most interesting angles, the ideal time of day, the most compelling features — all designed to show the property at its very best. This portfolio enriches the viewer’s experience and will be the centerpiece of our marketing efforts, both in print and online.

VIDEOGRAPHY We will produce a video tour of the property, to be hosted on our website. Before filming, a discussion with concept will be presented. MARKETING 1. We know that the buyers for this residence are going to be a executives with family. This group of people are more in tune with online marketing than print. We would still do some print pieces like a brochure, advertising and direct mail. The main focus will be online marketing. a. A website for 626 Hunters Grove Lane will be created. b. The property will be featured on the MTSIR Facebook page upon launch. c. The property will be fed to up to 700 websites worldwide. 2. We will create a take away brochure that will feature interior and exterior pictures, floor plans and amenities. Our in-house writer will interview the owner and create a story about the owner and the vision for the property. 3. A full page spread will be created and featured in Properties Magazine in 2017. 4.
