Assisting Architecture, Engineering and Design Teams Leigh & Stephen use their experience and knowledge of different markets and price points to provide feedback and insight, along with recommendations as to what should be included in homes and communities.
Analyzing Project Profitability Taking an active role in the Architecture and Design element of a property allows Leigh & Stephen to better prepare analysis of comparable sales and actively listed properties to ensure that each project is as profitable as possible for their clients. Determining feasibility and helping manage property finish expectations ensure speed of sale and maximized profitability.
Professional Photography Spending time with the photographers before and during each professional shoot to walk through each home and determine a vision for the photos ensures that the highest quality of photographs are achieved.
Marketing Materials A flexible but well planned marketing schedule is set for every project to ensure all of the latest materials and areas of exposure are utilized. Maximizing the exposure for every property is something that Leigh & Stephen focus heavily on. They are assisted by their local Advertising Department as well as their corporate Advertising Department in NYC.
