Hailing from a rich Texan heritage as an eighthgeneration native Houstonian and a graduate of Texas Christian University, Tess embarked on her real estate career in 2008 as a sales associate. Progressing to a luxury firm, she successfully closed multi-million dollar transactions and obtained her Texas Broker’s License in 2010.

Recognizing the significance of active participation and visibility, Tess actively engages in workforce mobility networking conferences, where she collaborates with industry-leading experts to benchmark her programs.
