INNOVATION Our team of in-house testers and product developers ensure we stay at the cutting edge of bicycle, motorcycle and automotive care technology. We have invested heavily in formula development that includes technologies such as nano-tech, boron nitrate lubes and Teflon coatings. We are not interested in being a ‘me too brand’. We work very hard to create product packaging that has a premium, aesthetically pleasing design, but our philosophy is clear: Performance must exceed the high expectation the consumer has after purchase. This creates strong consumer loyalty, which is proven in our instant take up of new lines. At our R&D centre in Branksome, Bournemouth we do a mixture of lab and real world testing before any product is sent to our athletes. Once a product passes this athlete test phase it will then be presented to a consumer test panel before finally going into production. We take customer feedback very seriously, and we are incredibly open to constant re-development. Even if we have an award winning product on our hands, we are always willing to evaluate its formula and ‘push the envelope’ even further. Our R&D goal is simple: We must stay at the forefront of formulation technology in all of our market sectors.
