SERVICES
Access to Library A library membership card or student ID card is required for accessing to the Library. Faculties and staff members can apply for the library card at One-Stop Service Counter 1 on the 1st floor. One-Stop Service Counter One-Stop Service Counter 1-3 are available from the first to the third floor. Loan, Renew, Request Services are available at all counters. Courtesy Notice via e-mail is available as self-service or as requested at the counters. AV materials are available at the One-Stop Service Counter 2. Group-Study Rooms are available at One-Stop Service Counter 3. Reference and Information Service Reference and Information Services are provided by trained librarians to help students, researchers and lecturers who require special information for research in specific subject with technical searching as advanced search.
Interlibrary Loan Service (ILL) Materials that are unavailable at NU Library can be obtained by ILL through which the materials will be borrowed or sent via e-mail from other network libraries. Audio-Visual Service CD, DVD, VCD, video, cassette tape, TV with domestic and international programs are available at the One-Stop Service Counter 2 on the 2nd Floor. Wifi Wifi access points are available throughout the building for university students and staffs.
Zone 24-hour Zone is an open-access area located on the first floor. This area is open 24 hours throughout the year. Wifi and Self-Serve Copy & Print Station are also available in this area.

*Special Lecturers must has a contact with a faculty/ college for at least 3 months. An official letter from the faculty/ college is required for applying for a membership card.
Overdue Fine: All items are subject to overdue fine of 5 Baht per day per item. Self Renewal: Users are allowed for self-renewal via the library website for two consecutive times 2 days before the due date
Research Support Service Journal Impact Factor Users who would like to know journal impact factors can submit their request via our E-form. The users will get the response via e-mail within a day. Citation Analysis Researcher or lecturer who would like to know about citation of a particular published work can submit requests via our E-form. The citation analysis is performed based-on the information from SCOPUS and ISI Web of Science. Information Search Service Researcher or staff who are unable to do the literature search by themselves can ask us to do so by submitting request via our E-form. With the provided keywords, the search results will be available in a bibliographic format. Full texts are available upon requested.
Document Delivery Service ( DDS ) DDS is a book delivery service among libraries under NULiNet Network. Users can return the books and AV materials at any service locations. The service is running daily during the office hour.
Group Study Rooms There are 12 group study rooms located on the 3rd Floor. Pre-booking is available via the library website. Students in a group of at least 5 people can use the room free of charge for 3 hours per session.
Online Services

Other Services Information Literacy Training The Library provides Information Literacy Training Programs for members and non-members with free of charge. The programs include information search for Humanities and Social Sciences; for Science and Technology; for Medical and Health Sciences; Endnote; and creating content by using Microsoft Word. Pre-registration is available on the library website. Library Instruction and Training Program The Library provides library introduction and training program for freshman and senior students during the first semester.
