CREATE THE LINK IN YOUR SUPPLY CHAIN FROM GROWER TO PROCESSOR, THROUGH TO RETAILER Demand Forecasting: • • •

Operational planning based on a customer’s forward sales/demand forecast – can be entered up to 2 years in advance Configuration of growth & yield curves by crop and region Allocation of demand to supplier base gives detailed plans of area/quantity of crop & variety to plant and when it should be planted

Weekly demand forecast - total weekly requirements entered by customer and product.

Procurement & Harvest Allocation: • • • • • Harvest allocation - Only fields that are safe to harvest are displayed.

Consignments generated for required quantities from each supplier Harvest Allocation ensures crop is safe to harvest Field QA provides support on quality and quantity available from each crop Schedule crops to harvest by harvest crew System generates a UCN (Unique Clearance Number) to identify the crop from field

Accurate view on stock availability from Field QA’s ‘Auto-forecast’ gives immediate projected availability as soon as crop is planted Ability to see what is available, of what quantity and quality and source. Produce can be traced from any stage of the process A trace can be performed against a Sales Order, Consignment, Field or Barcode Trace by Sales Order will detail every movement from dispatch right back to the field harvested. Field can then be traced forward to locate other orders that it has been dispatched against Trace reports can be e-mailed direct to customer or data exported to excel

Trace sales order report - single page trace report gives complete history from field to dispatch.

Integration: •

Greenlight Grower Management - web app crop records.

Integration with both CropWalker. Greenlight Grower Management & Greenlight Quality Control data provides the invaluable link in the traceability chain from pack-house back to grower site. New or existing back office finance or ERP solutions can be integrated to deliver the ideal pack-house management solution.
