project description This project involves the design and construction of a modern and child-friendly kindergarten facility. The design will prioritize safety, accessibility, and a nurturing environment to foster early childhood education. This kindergarten facility aims to provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for the early development of children. The design considerations prioritize both educational and recreational aspects, ensuring that children receive a well-rounded early childhood experience.

The strategy is to bring the build spaces in between the trees that’s provides a natural funneling for the building for spacing and provides a views of the tree yards as wells as the hill range views to a certain degree. The ways to the massive playground are visible to all .

site location - Thrikakara , Eranakulam Kerala. site area - 1.5 acre

project description The design goal is to create a building that incorporates different types of spaces, such as residences, offices, and commercial areas, while ensuring the privacy and safety of the people living in the complex. The project will adhere to building norms and safety regulations, specifically the Kerala Municipal Building Rules (KMBR) and the National Building Code (NBC). The primary focus of this project is on functionality and conducting studies related to building norms and regulations to ensure compliance and safety.

project description Our architectural vision for the building, oriented to capture the enchanting northeast views, prioritizes the preservation of venerable old trees. Green ribbon as a protective buffer against road and factory noise, leveraging the natural contours of the landscape for sustainable and serene integration into the environment. The building is thoughtfully zoned into distinct blocks based on their functions, each strategically scattered across various levels in harmony with the natural contour of the terrain, fostering an organic and functional integration with the landscape. To create a cohesive and interconnected structure, individual blocks situated on different levels are ingeniously linked at various floor levels, seamlessly uniting the entire building while maximizing functionality and accessibility.

CONCEPTUAL DESIGN

site location - pullikkanam , vagamon Kerala. year - 2021

project description To boost tourism in Idukki, Kerala, a parametric pavilion is envisioned to grace a scenic pond. This 20x10 meter structure will be a haven for relaxation, seamlessly blending with the natural beauty through its parametric design. Due to its dynamic form it can cast a shade, its very shape influenced by environmental factors, as you absorb the tranquil vista of the pond. This innovative architectural gem promises to be a landmark, drawing visitors in to experience the magic of Idukki.
